Burger King review: food was all cold. employees working with hoodies on covering their faces

came in for dinner. got there at 6pm. wasnt busy, ordered whopper no lettus no onion no pickel. and a crispy chicken sandwich, with 2 fries and 2 drinks, and 4 pc mozz sticks. they gave me my drink cups. walked over to fill them and they called my order number. I said what the hell this cant be fresh and hot because they put my order up in a few seconds. I walked to counter and the mozz sticks were cold and hard, the burger and chicken sand was cold and my fries were cold. i said no way, I am not excepting this i want fresh hot food. and you can toss this cold crap in the trash. so i waited for them to redo the order. then the employees were all working with black hoodies on which covered there entire heads, that was really un santiary. this is one of the worst meals and times i have had at burger king. not sure if management is aware of this but, i am complaining about this
