I go there every morning to get hash browns and when I get b.c. them th hey are vfc usually soft but sometimes they are crunchy but most often they are soft and I tell them about it but it never gets fixed or corrected can you please do something or say something to the higher ups please thanks. And also they are not golden brown or taste good when they do come out golden brown and crunchy it means my morning is going to be awesome but if it's not that means it's going in the trash and I'm going to stay hungry until lunchtime please help please.
