I was at this location & I went through the drivethru. I got ready to make my order at the drive thru where I proceeded to place a order for the croissant ham egg and cheese meal. They then proceeded to let me know that they didn't have any hash browns. What I thought would have happened was they would substitute the hash browns for something else. The guy who took my order at the drive thru was rude (which I didn't appreciate) and unprofessional. The manager I spoke to when I went in was like, we have hash browns they just not cooking properly (not the customers problems) I always pretty much go to that BK a lot but this will be the last time. I'll just head down the street to McDonalds! Very disappointed!?
