Burger King customer service

Sent my room mate to burger king in Smiths Falls tonight to get 6 take out meals. She was told at that time by the cashier very rudely that if she is going to have an order like that again she is to call ahead. She told the girl we didn't have their number and was told to look it up on the internet. I find this to be terrible customer service as we have done this many times before and never had a problem but will now look for another fast food place to take our business.

Burger King burger king in versailles kentucky

Well, a few minutes ago I went in there and order a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. They put on my ticket a bacon egg and cheese crossiont. I went back in there and they told me i was wrong and i ordered a bacon egg and cheese crossiont when i know that one of my family members i was with couldnt eat that bread. I dont think ill be going there no more. They were rude as can be. I was standing there for 4 minutes for someone to come to the front.

Burger King the big fish sandwich

So I went to the Burger King on Northside Pkwy in Atlanta and I bought a 2 Big Fish Sandwhiches and a 10 piece nugget. Which we do a lot. This time my nuggets tasted wierd and they where super soft. And my fish sandwhiches where hard as hell! I bit down and almost scrapped the top he my mouth. I shouldn't even get the first bite down. Just terrible! I

I want you to know first i don't eat fast food much. But I've always wondered why you are so concern to compete with some of your competitors (McDonalds, Carl Jr, etc.); your menu is pretty good and you have your way over the others that is okay. Just be competitive on pricing and keep your niche ( you have your own style/ keep it). But I really miss having a good fillet of fish/ long; they were good! I must say most of your employees have a very good attitude, I've always been impressed (mostly service with a smile). Good Job, Burgerking be yourself and remember when you're good, you're best to yourself. But be yourself and remember you can always do better, no one is a 10 maybe a 9.5; we can all do better, if we can't theres no where to go. Burger King bad customer service

On about August 3, 2018 I went to the Burger King in Omak WA. I decided to go inside since the driveup window is notoriously slow. There was one man in front of me ordering a senior coffee. The girl at the cash register was obviously new as she kept calling for someone to help her as she input the wrong price for the senior coffee. So when it was my turn i asked her if they were still serving breakfast. She again had to ask for assistance and found out that no they were not serving breakfast. So I order 4 of the $1.00 hamburgers to go. I waited and waited and waited and noticed that there was a supervisor that was filling and bagging orders coming in from the drive up. I could see the screen for the drive up and also the screen for the in house. My 4 cheeseburgers were the only thing on the inhouse screen. I looked at the timer and noticed it was at about 4:30 minutes. I also noticed my cheeseburgers sitting there. Finally another employee asked me if i was waiting for food. I said yes. She then had to go help the new person again. by this time the timer was over 5 minutes and there was no one at the driveup. She helped another person that walked up next to me by providing them with a bag to take their food home. Then i saw her bag up those cheeseburgers that had been sitting there. She says my number (I was the only one waiting for food) and gives me the bag of cheesburgers. I told her that they had been sitting there for over 5 minutes. She looks and me and says "yea right...ok thank you". and walks away. I loudly said, "thats not a very good attitude" she says well you could see i was helping the new person. I said yes I saw that but the burgers were sitting there before she helped the new person. THen another lady who i believe was a supervisor comes up to me and says "MAME" IM like, I am the customer and i was complaining. I just held up my hands and said "its ok its ok" and left. My cheeseburgers were stone cold and the cheese had never been melted. I am tempted to not go there again but I believe that something should be done about the customer service that is happening there. This is not the first time I have been treated badly but it is the first time I am complaining about it. Thank you for your time.

Burger King employees

I took my to burger king yesterday for lunch I end up spending $31.00 on me my wife and my 3 kids when we got back to the house and went to pass out the food so we could have lunch and all the orders was wrong besides my wife's burger... My children are allergic to onions and one mustard and both of the kids burgers had them on it when I asked for without... My burger didnt have cheese on it or bacon when I asked for the both of them... Please do something about this because I would hate to stop going to burger king for someone else's mistake especially when it's your employees...

Burger King strip bacon that is like old shoe leather feels.

August 7, 2018, 9:30a.m., store no. 23202.
2 croisants with bacon, egg, and cheese. The bacon is so overcooked to the point of being uneatable.
My husband brings these home to me as a nice breakfact surprise. He usually buys them at a Burger King farther from our home because the no. 23202 store has failed in the same way each time he has purchased there.
He asks me how I like them. I won't lie and tell him how horrible the bacon is. He gets angry at me and says that he will not buy them anymore.
Please do something about our local BK sending out such poor representation of what should be good quality bacon.
I would have gone directly to the manager when the croisants were presented to me, but, unfortunately, I am at home when he buys them.

Burger King customer service

It was 9:45 pm and instead of going inside the restaurant because I knew the dining room was closing soon I decided to go through the drive thru. I placed my order and when I went to pick up my order they denied me service as I was on my bicycle. I was surprised seeing how Mcdonalds welcomes bicyclists to there drive thru. So after the person wouldnt serve me I wanted to go in the dining room as they were still open and this girl at the dining room register said "tell the lady she is [censored] out of luck to the lady working the drive thru. I just looked at her in shock and the lady yelled again and said "maam your [censored] out of luck". I was beyond upset on how rude and how she used foul language on me like I was a joke on a bicycle. Maybe there is some rule about it but in no way should I have been treated so poorly. It was embarrassing and degrading to say the least. Please contact me as Im not sure what I will do next. Thank you

Burger King service and lack of my food

Hello,

I visited the Burger King on Grand Ave, South St Paul, Minnesota, on Sunday Aug 5th 2018. It was 11:52 am when I place my order for 2 hamburgers, I was order number 70. At 12:15 I had not received my order and I was in a time constraint and asked for my money back. I had paid 15.00 cash for a $14.33 bill. Finally they went to give me my money back and insisted I give them the change back so they could give me the 15.00 back. I was so disgusted with the whole ordeal. People who ordered after us had received their food. then to ask for the change back for the refund, I think you all need to train your cashiers. I won't be back

Burger King broken tooth from whopper purchased from burger king jacksonville tx store # 25290

I purchased two whoppers and after biting into it there was a piece of bone I bit into and chipped a piece of my rear molar. I called and made a complaint on July 27, 2018 to a woman named Shannon the same day with complaint number [protected]. I asked her when would I hear back from someone and she informed me being that it was Friday afternoon that most likely the following week. As of today at 12:05 p.m. I have left another message on voice mail. This issue needs to be addressed quickly so as the tooth not get any worse. I would appreciate your attention to this matter as soon as possible.

Went today and the majority of staff are standing around gossiping and not working. Young immature kids running the place. Did not take my order at 2nd drive thru. Had to go to window. Staff was not surprised. Had to park and wait for 1 whopper. Staff who brought to me was polite and apologetic and unhappy with other staff as well who agreed most were young kids that didnt want to work. MANAGEMENT need to get their act together before the kids get it closed down. Not impressed. Not going bk. Tyler has much better service!

Burger King very angry host

We went to the cashier to order and she yelled at us to use the pre-order menu board. Next thing we see 8 people walk up to the cashier and she takes their orders. We ordered a sandwich and a coffee from the board, but all that registered was a coffee. We went to tell the cashier what happened and again she yelled at us saying that she was the only person there and she couldn't help us out. So we walked away without getting our money back. We will NEVER visit this place EVER again!

Burger King served a burger with cold cheese asked for a new one... came out exactly the same

My husband and I stopped at the BK in Mt. Pleasant Sunday around 2:30pm. We ordered and waited about 10 minutes for our cold burgers and onion rings that had been cooked once and then dropped back in the fryer instead of cooking fresh ones. All of the food was terrible and cold. We VERY SELDOM eat at BK and it will not happen again. The service was underwhelming as well...Lots of employees having conversations but very little interest in customer service. Waste of time and money! Won't be back!

Burger King food

We stopped at Burger King. I love your sausage biscuits and hash browns. But this stop was terrible. The patty was over cooked and the hash browns tasted like old grease . I was already sick and this just acted to my stomach. I was very disappointed. It was at 9:00 am so it should have been fresh. But it was nasty . We always stop and get a biscuit when we travel. And always stop at this Burger King.

Burger King ex employee

Hi my name isJennifer Jenkins. I been working at Bk in Lakewood Washington 98439 for 3. Years. I had my good and bad day most of all days that had me feeling like I didn't belong. I now see that I'm not on the team meaning I voluntarily quit. I was being discriminated . I
Would get written up and I would bring in excuse when I couldn't make
It. Today I went to bring my uniform in Nd in order to get my check I had to sign the write up/terminated. But I already put my notice in . I really need to talk to someone because I did what was Supose to be done and I got plenty wrote ups that's not fair

Burger King double whopper meals

I purchased 2 double whopper meals and made them large. When I got home ( 15 miles from burger king ) the fries were both barely 1/2 full and the burgers had peppers on them. I was excited to see a burger king come to Roosevelt, Utah but at this time I am reconsidering my preference. I was # 93 at 6:45 approx. on Sun. 8/05/18 I do realize that being a new establishment, they were busy but they should have waited to cook more fries. I do not care about a couple of bucks, It's the fact of them not caring about quality control!

Burger King raw food

I live in Willow Street, PA and picked up 2 Whopper meals at our local Burger King. Once home, we unwrapped them and took 1 bite to find that the burgers were completely raw in the middle and therefore, inedible (to us and most people). Our location has been recently remodeled, and this is our first time back since. I would never recommend anyone to go back to this location after experiencing this. We are extremely disappointed to say the least.

Burger King service

Ok so this is lengthy one. I just left the store to pick up an order and got the worst treatment of my life! The lady in charge called "laura" was so rude! After not attending to me for over 20mins, this same lady (laura), started ordering me around and slammed the pen on my hands! To the extent she was almost pointing her fingers at me. Well this is going to the management level! The reason am starting out here is because it's late at night and the customer complaint number isn't available!

I have never been so humiliated in my entire life!

Now I will make sure no one I know (my little one) likes the nuggets here, comes here and I will follow up till the end of this episode..

Burger King night crew service

Gainesville VA the service is absolutely horrible. I paid good money to get a double whopper meal with cheese and got back a single dry burger with no lettuce or onions and no cheese. This is not the first time this has happened. I'm tired of paying my full amount and not being able to get what I ordered. I don't know if there is any management that works the night shift but the service is completely trash. Something needs to be done. I had to put my own personal cheese on the burger to make it at least decent.

Burger King food

August 5, 2018 5:10pm. In place an order though the drive thru. Employee: 468504.. not friendly at all. After payingfor my order, I was handed a half filled frozen orange icy. I order chicken fries. They were fired hard. I couldn't even taste the chicken. My rodeo burger was dry. The bread was hard. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my order. Iwouks have went back, I didn't have the time I was on my way to work. I will not be returning to eat there again. Thank you.

Burger King food

Burgers seem small. Almost like they have been sitting there too long broiled. I came in and bought four meals. You could not even tell I had meat between the bread on my cheeseburgers. Whopper sandwich was squished. Condiments were not portioned correctly. I want to be able to see what im eating. Compared to the commercial and advertising photos. They look nothing like them. Very sad service and product is priced what it is for what we get. I used to like Burger King. Not anymore

Burger King always out of biscuits and sausage

Every sunday my family goes to our local burger king for breakfast. For the last 3 weeks every sunday we have gone they are out of biscuits and sausage! I have worked in the food industry for the last 20 years and am in the management position. When you are running a promotions you always order more so you don't run out. This is ridiculous! How can you expect to keep customers happy and coming back if your oit of product?. The Burger king we go to is in Allentown, Pa. Store # 482. OBVIOUSLY the managers in this store have no clue how to order properly or how to run the store.
