Stephen and Nicole was smoking weed at the back door and was very rude once they came in also didn't give me all my food gave no receipt til I came back and was told I was gone be put in the book for a free cheese burger when I paid for it never got it to come back and pay again and my first order was cold and nasty to eat and Nicole was cursing and threating me with customers in line the Burger King on purtist ave 150th

The evening of July 24, at approximately 5:45 pm I stopped into your establishment with my family and tried to order dinner. The person at the counter was dressed in black, so I assumed she would be the manager. I asked her how she was doing and received a reply, "just a minute". A few seconds later she left the counter and came back minutes later and continued to ignor us. There was no personnel other than her taking orders. After a few more minutes my family and I left the establishment to eat somewhere else. Needless to say we will not be returning to any BugerKings in the futur.

Rude abrupt help.at drive three continuous issue, poor attitude daily .refuse to go through anymore after her rudeness continues. The Burger King is only one in area and horrible people to deal with. I've tried yo.use coupons they get upser, they are mad when.i ask for water, they hate waiting for you to count change, they aren't even a busy fast food resteraunt

I went into my local Burger king to order a value bundle and the Asst. manager put in a order for two when I complained about the order and the amount he said he would take it off my bill then he refused to do it. My Husband I both go in twice to 3 times a week with the same order and never had any problems before.

next I order the fries with no salt he stated that they don't come with salt ( [censored] ) my husband ate about 5 fries and they were so salty he took his Blood Glucose and it was way over 400 which is bad.
Next I wanted to fill my drink cup with COKE it was out and told me he didn't have time to change it ( there were only 10 others in the place & 3 cars in the drive thru
HE was so RUDE to me the whole time we have known this person since he started there and we have never ever asked him for anything ever
in the end he robbed us of not only the money but the RESPECT we had for Burger King

5 shake in one cup holder
I had a meeting today so I ordered 5 milkshakes everything was good till they gave me all 5 shakes in one cup holder and shakes went all over my car passenger seat. So I called the store manager for refund coz my meeting was over and now I don't need 5 shake so she told okey and when I went to store they refused to refund my money and told me they can replace my shake but I don't need 5 shake now after my meeting was over.so I told them I will just talk to someone in corporate.

On July 24, 2018 I went to the Burger King in Newman, CA at approximately 9:30pm. Firstly, I should have known better. I've been to this location many times but, its the only fast food restaurant in this town so my options are low and I've tried and tried with this location to give them a chance. Last night was the absolute worst service i have experienced here. Like usual my order was not made correctly. I would say 90% of the time my order is NOT correct.
Last night, I order my food at the drive thru and she does not understand my order. I asked for half union rings, half fries she said "like on the side" I said no u can mix them together. I never got union rings. I also ordered just union rings with one of the meals and never got them. But, I did get charged for an extra fries. I ordered a fanta freeze and never received it. I ordered cheese on my whopper and there was no cheese. I get home and realize my order is completely wrong.
I go back thru the drive thru and tell her and she has an attitude and says "oh my bad" takes my whopper puts a slice of cheese on it and puts it back in the bag so now I have a disgusting cold whopper. She still never puts the onion rings. I just left because this specific location is a joke. They are ALWAYS rude. Their food is NEVER fresh. I really try not going to this location but, I had worked late and was hungry so I gave it a try and the usual happened. They never let us go to the second window because they are so slow and there times would reflect that so we have to stay at the first window. The customer service and quality of this location is so bad and unprofessional. I will never go back here again. I dont understand how people can be so unhappy and rude to customers. BK is not that cheap so I expect some kind of quality when I spend my money here. I'm very disappointed.

On Sunday, we visited Burger King for an after-hours have lunch. Huge mistake! After waiting for more than 5 minutes for someone to take our order/money, the Burger King experience only got worse. We were dine-in customers, one employee brought us the kid meals in to-go bags. Then, TEN MINUTES later, our meals were brought to the table & guess what? We were given spicy chicken instead of crispy chicken. By this time, our kids were finished eating so I politely ask for a refund instead of waiting another 20 minutes. The cashier was hesitant about allowing me to see a manager. Once a manager came to the front, she explained she had no knowledge of how to issue a refund...really? A manager that is not knowledgeable in all operations is a disgrace. So, the manager gets "Gary" on the phone and he is walking her thru the steps, she prints out a receipt which says she is refunding the cost of our entire meal, however, she was only giving us cash back on the two crispy chicken meals & wanted me to sign. I explained that the amount she was refunding was not the amount printed on the receipt. Meanwhile, at the drive thru, another employee states, "I don't know what size fries this truck ordered, I'm going to give them this and not worry about it". I commented on her display of quality customer service while I still waited for a refund...20 minutes have lapsed sine my initial request for a refund. The manager could not get the receipt to print the corrected amount, a crazy employee from the back throws a $20 bill at me and says have a good day. I have never been treated this way by anyone, especially not in front of my children. These employees need to be reprimanded, if not fired. Hopefully this is not the image Burger King wishes to portray.

As i went to the burger king with my Niagara falls location and we order some sandwiches and drink but after paying for order the respresentative still didn't told as about that they are short with the ice for the drink and when i asked about the ice he laughed on us and that was the embarassing moments for us. This is the worst experince of my life

I order food periodically at 7150 e Lettsdale Dr in Denver Colorado and my order is always wrong my kids cannot play in the kids area as there is no circulation of air the tables are always dirty and the employee Flora is rude I asked for fresh french fries and she proceeded to give me old fries from another order they messed up on in Drive thru and when I reiterated that I wanted fresh fries she snarled at my and said I KNOW! I also have ordered food like a spicy chicken sandwich and received a dried out regular chicken sandwich and food not given to me iny order as well this has been on going for the past 6 months
food was not fully cooked
On July 20, 2018 at 01:57 hours I visited Burger King # 4806 in Georgetown, SC. I ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese meal. I had to wait to have it cooked (which was fine) but once the food was given to me the chicken sandwich was NOT fully cooked and really upset my stomach. I know that there were other customers also waiting for their food so I am not sure if they were trying to rush or not but the chicken was definitely not cooked all the way. I have eaten at BK for many, many years and have NEVER had this problem before and wanted to let someone know.
How many other people have been given food that wasn't fully cooked?
I paid $ 7.29 for a meal that I could not even eat.
It was disgusting.

I went thru the drive thru last night 07/23/18 I stopped at the speaker and placed my order I was told to wait a minute which I did then I had to repeat my order not once but twice. I was then told to go to first window which I did. No one was at this window and I waited and waited and no one came to the window. The car in front of me had gotten their food and left so I thought well maybe I am supposed to move up to the next window. I pulled up and immediately a woman started Yelling at me and telling me I had to go to the first window. I told her no one was there and she said well we are short handed. She kept yelling at me and I finally said just forget it I don't need food from there that bad to listen to someone rant and rave like that. She said oh I apologize but I had had enough and drove off. I will not go to any business and be talked to like I was talked to. I drove clear across town to another Burger King.
not opening on scheduled time
Hi there I'm complaining about them opening late like they have no care in the world because yesterday on 7/23/18 at 09:37 they wasn't opened and I seen a staff member outside and asked him why they not opened he said because they was short on staff but that's not a reason to opened on their own schedule and today on 7/24/18 I went there at 07:20 and they wasn't opened again so don't know what else to complain about besides everytime I go there they're closed
oreo chocolate shake
I was at a Burger King in Torrington, CT and thought I will get Oreo Chocolate shake since it was very hot yesterday. The lady charged me $3.00. I saw her making the shake at which she put some chocolate syrup which you buy from a grocery store and mix it with vanilla softy. I refused to take it. Then she added some more syrup and with regret I took it. I tasted it and threw it out right away. This is a scam. You are charging people $3.00 for $0.50 worth of good. I was very disappointed with the product. I am hoping to hear from someone regarding this.

the new fried chicken sandwich
I went to order a two 4 $6 whopper and chicken sandwich. I got my chicken sandwich and was fried so hard and shrink so bad it wasn't even ediblealso the onion rings I ordered was not fresh u can tell they been sitting. I called Burger King customer service and made a complaint was promised a coupon for another meal never received it. This isn't my first time having issues with this location about food not being fresh. All I want is for them to keep their word.

Ordered to go, two whooper with just onions & lettuce got home & guess what, it had everything but the kitchen sink on it. I thru it in the garbage because I am allergic to mayo & don't eat tomatoes or pickles. Thanks a lot Berger king. I did not go back because I had to unpack groceries & I live two far. and it was raining cats & dogs, also the entrance door was jammed for 2 years I even hurt my back when tried to open it. I told the manager finally after two years it was fixed. I always preferred You over McDonald But I think this branch is going down hill. They are also not very friendly. They do not greet you with a smile or an hello. I remember when I used to go there I always was greeted with a smile & a real how are you. Now it's, can I help you, with a look like Y are you here. This branch needs a shake up from the Corp. office. You need to screen your hiring practice better. They want $15.00 an hr. please they are lucky they have a job at all. Can't get a simple order right. Sorry to be so negative but it's the truth. John D.

rude and messed up order
I went to Burger King. in poplar bluff mo on July 17 2018... I specifically made it abundantly clear that my kids are allergic to onions... Well get home with food they dig in to it well guess what onions from the onions I was up with 4 sick kids with hives and diarrhea... The 10 piece nuggets never did get them... I came up to ur store after calling and they made me out as I was a liar in which I'm so pissed about ... This is not the first time this has happened .. I work hard for my money so I don't have it to just throw away .
A good parent would have double checked to make sure there were no onions on the food. Your greedy little brats can wait a few extra seconds for their food.

Visited the Hermantown MN location. The meat in the whopper jr was cold and gray in color and the skinniest meat patty I have ever seen. Absolutely no seasoning on it. The survey validation code could not even be read because the printer they use is either poor quality or needs ink/ribbon. You should really go to Culver's and taste a hamburger. They are always hot and tasty.
black grease pencil in my sandwich
I ordered the bacon swiss sourdough king. I noticed an onion sticking out of the bun which i don't like. Took the lid off my sandwich to get the onion off and there was an inch length of a grease pencil stuck in the cheese. To top it off, when i brought the sandwich back to the counter the lady told me i looked tired and should go home and take a nap!

I completed the survey for the free whopper; however, once completed the validation code was supposed to be provided but for some reason it didn't show. Rather the page went directly to the log off page. I tried to recall the validation code page without success. Therefore, I'm in need of assistance to retrieve the validation code or instructions on how to do it, please.

bad customer service/ bad product quality
Hello Burguer king Corporation.
My name is Jhojan Calderon and I want to report evidence of poor customer service and bad quality of the product. I'm a frequent customer of your food and I don't have any complain about your food and how good it is. But two restaurants of yours make to feel the customers a really bad customer service as bad attitude and bad attention. The restaurant located in 730 NW 36th St, Miami, FL 33127 has one of the worst service of the whole area, the attitude of the employees is really bad when I try to make an order and also It's always out of service between 10pm to 12pm, even when they have to close at 12pm. I'm really sure that if you go between those hours you'll be able to see it. The last time I went to this restaurant was on July 22 2018 at 11pm and I tried to make an order because the drive thru was open and illuminated, but nobody answered it, then I went to the window but nobody was in the restaurant even when the lights were on and the computers were working. Because of it I had to go to the next restaurant located in 1309 NW 20th St, Miami, FL 33142 and I were able to make the order and everything was good, I asked the girl for some ketchup and mayonnaise but she answered me "no ketchup, no mayonnaise" in a really bad attitude. When I arrived to home I opened the burgers but they didn't have vegetables and it was something really different than I was expecting and for the same price. I really like your food and I think you have a good quality but your customer service in those restaurants is the worst in the whole area. I'm sorry to say this but I don't want to have another experience like this. That's why I can say that I won't go to Burger King like an option for food. I will add evidence of these experiences and I hope you can do something for us, the customers. Thank you!
