Burger King review: customer service and whopper survey

This particular Burger King is the most rude I've ever witness. Also it seems, doing a survey doesn't help the matter. The attitude is poor at best and not caring for its customers, not treating them with respect. I had stop coming to this Burger King a few years back. What brought me back was the Impossible Burger, plant based. One girl at the register told me Nov. 17 that if I do the survey I could get a free Impossible Whopper. Today Dec. 1 this rude, want to be manager, told me I could not get a Impossible Whopper, only the whopper? This may or may not be true but the main thing is how rude she was, bad attitude. My question to you is why should I do a survey if I can't get the Impossible Whopper as advertised free? I don't eat meat only plant based foods. Although it's not false advertisement it looks like it is because a whopper is a Whopper plant based on not! I wasn't asking for anything like a bacon whopper for example. To make matters worse the restaurant had no ice in the ice machine. This reflects the attitude of the workers. Only when this white man, who could barely walk, did ice get put in the machine. I know cause I was eating my mean when he came on duty and admittedly started correcting the area's, where those lazy un carrying workers ignored. This Burger King is having problems, at times closing on weekends the dine in areas, allowing just the drive in service at midday? Desirable resolution would have my survey worth something and get the free Impossible Whopper. The desired resolution is change the survey requirements, to include your plant based foods. The reason I stop going to Burger King a few years ago was for this very reason. You have a Veggie pattie, whopper but when I did the survey, I was denied compensation of a free Veggie pattie
