on october 5th we went through the drive thru between 12 and 1 pm. there were two cars ahead of us. the first cars order was not being taken. it took at least 5 min before that persons order was taken. it was about the same for the second car that was in front of us. when we got to the order tower we were asked to wait and again it took about 5 minutes before our order was taken. a line was forming behind us of about 3 or 4 more vehicles. after we ordered and were going to the pick up window the first of the two cars in front of us was still there waiting. someone finally took the persons money but that person waited almost 10 minuets more for their food. the next person in front of us waited for more than 5 minutes for someone to take the payment for the food. people behind us got very angry and all of them left. the guy immediately behind us started honking his horn and yelled the worst burger king as he was driving away. i finally convinced my husband to leave also. in total we waited almost half an hour in line from delay at the order tower to get to the pick up window. which we never made it totally there. it was disappointing because i really wanted to have the impossible burger again but had to settle for a mcdouble at macdonalds. i don't know why the service was sooooo bad on that day but, i feel i will not go back to this burger king. there was quite a bit of money lost that day from orders that were not paid for because of how slow the drive thru was. as well as food on the grill orders that were not completed. i can only imagine that going inside would not have been any different.
