Anna Caliendo, manager of 103rd Street of Jacksonville FL branch, is threatening to harm a co-worker. She also has a friend threatening to harm same coworker, and as she has a strong history of violence and drugs, I fear forthis co-workers life. Your company makes it VERY hard to contact you, you should fix that. I have screenshots of her stating this on her Facebook, and I would really love for somebody to look into this dangerous matter!

I have been trying for at least 2 weeks to download their app, without success. After putting in my name, user name, password twice and email twice I get an error about an "unhandled exception". I have written them several times and called customer service once and told them my problem to which I was assured she would pass along the info and someone would promptly get back with me by phone or email. That was nearly a week ago and I'm still waiting

This morning I order through the drive-through. I notice I had a heavy accent Hispanic lady taking my order. When I was placing my order, I felt she always cut me off. She needs to learn to wait for the complete order to be done. Than read back my order to me with any questions. This was not the first time I had her either. I come here often. But what really bothered me, I had a young black male employee as a cashier. I can see all around him, his other employees were talking in Spanish only amongst themselves. Which I think that's VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I asked him if that heavy accent lady was his manager, which was. Especially being a manager this shouldn't be happening.
I'm Hispanic myself and know any other language aren't to be spoken at anytime around other employees that don't speak the same language.
I hope this can be brought up to her attention.

It really isn't unprofessional for them to communicate in another language, as English might not be their first. As long as they aren't doing it to the customers directly, it shouldn't affect you.

This will be my second complaint about this location. I went through the drive thru and the lady came on the speaker and said welcome to burger king how can i take your order my husband said yes just one second while i look over the menu she then says what my husband says yes maam im looking over the menu she says oh. So my husband looks at the menu a s say ma'am what sandwiches can you mix and match she said what he repeats him self she said i cant hear you what are you saying, and my husband says ok im going to pull up to the window soon as we pull up i catch her rolling her eyes then she tinkers around on thr screen rolls her eyes again then opens rhe window and says now what did you say and all this this time from the speaker to the widow she has the worst attitude like she doesnt want to be there and everything is an inconvenience. I told my husband this is very un professional then she walks off and leaves the cook to see about us. I complained to the manager and he just stood there like a deer in head lights then said well is there something you want me to do for you. I feel like if your the manager you should already know what to do. This burger king needs to be shut down and needs new managers and new employees and some serious training. I will NEVER GO BACK to this location and id really like to talk to the district manager because this is unacceptable and a very bad look for the great burger king. The store number is 1728 in Abilene Tx on North 1st.
At most the manager should talk to the employee in question. Expecting total staff changes over one bad experience is unreasonable.

I'm really disappointed in your franchise right now I love burger king but what one your employees did was just disrespectful. Your employees were rude, disrespectful. And my burger had hair on it! The building was dirty. The staff was not nice at all! I wasted $20! For nothing! Everyone was mean. The food was awful! My food was nasty. My fries were burnt. My burger had hair. My buns were soggy! I'm so disappointed!
I went to Burger King in Collinsville, I waited for someone to attend to me it took a long time. While I was waiting I noticed the restaurant was empty and dirty, when they finally got to me the staff was extremely rude specifically the manager on duty, if you want more business you shouldn't have a person this rude waiting on people, I have had this experience with this same manager multiple times. I got my food late and cold not only that they didn't ask if everything was ok or if I needed something else
Did you bring the burger back to the restaurant with your receipt for a refund or replacement? Hair is definitely something they should be notified about.
the quality and quantity of food I received
Ordered a Whopper and medium order fries the Whopper was burnt on the bottom and the fries were very small order with onion rings and tater tots mixed in. Very surprised that your company has this low quality of service. Are the people I know have complained about some of the Burger Kings not giving good service but I was really shocked I mean who burned the bottom of a bun and serves it to a customer?

We went to Burger King near our house at nine fifteen tonight. We had both just gotten off working eleven hour shifts and were exhausted and wanted something quick and easy for dinner. We go to this location fairly frequently because it's normally very good, and it's the only place close to home for us. Tonight, however, we pulled up to the drive thru and were immediately told before we ordered that they were out of whopper meat, chicken nuggets, AND fries . Now, I can understand occasional product shortages, but it seems pretty unreasonable to be out of so many basic and critical ITEMS, especially that early on a Saturday night when so many people are looking for fast food. We ended up having to drive pretty much all the way back to where we just got off work and getting dinner at the In and Out that just opened. This, however, meant that by the time we finally got home, our food was cold, which is why we wanted to go to something close to home. It was especially irritating because our normal order is two whopper meals and two orders of nuggets- exactly what you were out of. There weren't really many other options other than kid's meals, which definitely didn't interest us. I just wanted to say what a disappointment this was for a normally really decent location.
It sounds like an isolated negative experience out of many positive ones. It is possible they may have been having technical issues or problems with staffing.

First of all I do not blame the workers at the altamont avenue at all... They were overloaded with customers... Either cause of the awesome coupons that recentlhy went out... Plus it was supper time... The people in the cars had a fifteen to twenty minute wait... Not to mention there were about a dozen people at the counter waiting for service... Believe me... The workers were working their buts off... The employee #449093... Scott... Whether he was the manager or not... He did his very very best to accomate everyone... By helping the service people with the window order and by doing the order taking at the counter... I am not writing to complaint abount the horrible horrible horrible... Wait for cold food... Or the horrible amount of time it took to get service and eventually your order... I am writing to complain how you people abuse your help... You could emplyee more help especiallhy when you know there are coupons just released... I mean the service people where working up a sweat to meet the demands of their job... I am here to commend scott #449093 and the rest of the staff... And to sound off on your policy of running a business... I will never go there again... My time if worth a lot to me.. To hang around a rediculous amount of time is not acceptable... And every one waiting with me said the same thing... Mcdonalds is in walking distance from burger king... Believe me... Some of them went there... I also just read about a dozen complaints about the same problem... When will you folks clean up your act...

poor food quality
I visited store #13874 today @ 12:29pm. Order #72.I ordered a whopper jr. w bacon and cheese small friend and chicken fries.
When i got home to eat my meal the bread was old and hard. the onions were so very very thick it was pungent, the processed cheese was not even melted, the chicken fries were cold and old. I have been going to this store for about 5 years and this is the first time the meal was terrible and disgusting.
I am very disappointed at the quality of the food and cant believe that any store manager would allow this to be served to any paying customer.
I am requesting either a refund of my hard earning $ paid for a dissatisfying meal or coupons for my next visit.
the size of meat served in my whopper
My husband just had surgery and wanted a whopper. We drove the drive thru..I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and he a whopper. I bit into mine and there was just bread. I opened mine and the meat patty was small..I said well I suppose they are cutting portions for more profit again. My husband opened his and said look at this...picture provided. He was a Whopper. Really sad.
No we did not. Mine was the same way. My husband had just had surgery, we were hungry and tired. We went thru the drive thru and parked. He couldn't go in and I wasn't going to leave him. Otherwise I mighty have.

Hi, bought this meal from Dairy flat Burger King New Zealand on 02/11/17.
I am totally appalled at the meal and the service was just as bad.
The other burger purchased has the skinniest pieces of 'bacon' I have ever seen.
The drinks machine wasn't working so I was given a tiny can of coke?
Not impressed at all with the whole ordeal.
How do you guys charge so much for such a crappy meal.
I would like a full refund at best please.

With all due respect, I went to the Burger King establishment on 3700 Curtiss parkway Miami, FL and your manager Yusleidy was really disrespectful. Her attitude was just disgusting and I keep coming back and she has not changed her attitude. She makes me uncomfortable actually and all I do is order food from the Burger King. This burger King is close to my job and I do not want to stop going there, because a person just doe not know how to be professional. Besides that matter as well you can see her acting disrespectful and rude towards her staff. I am a Burger King fanatic and I hope you take this serious and take action. If you can move her to another burger king, or just reprimand her on her actions. Thank you for reading.

Worst Burger King on this planet. Every time we go here they either tell us that they're out of something or it takes 20 minutes to get a couple of burgers they're extremely rude and slow. Even when there's nobody there and nobody in the drive thru it takes forever to get our food and it's always cold. I definitely think you should close this place down. My boyfriend and I dined in at the Burger King on highland @ lsu. I hear an employee ask a customer she must know for a lighter. She then proceeded to walk off her register and start smoking a cigarette. She COMES INSIDE with the lit cigarette. There's kids in the building. She was standing in the doorway blowing smoke out. This all went down at about 12:40 pm. It was the most down right disrespectful thing I've ever seen a burger King employee do.

I was the 4th car in line and it took me at least 10 minutes to get to the window to pay. When I paid, they informed me that they were switching to some fresh hamburger and would I kindly pull around to the front door. After I had waited about 5 more minutes a gentleman came out with someone else's order who was not even there. In the mean time I see the people who were behind me all leaving with their food orders. After 10 more minutes the same person came out with my order and said they must have lost my order or gave it to the wrong person.. and he had put a order of fries in my bag to make up for it. I gave him back the fries and told him I did not want any fries, just the two double cheese burgers I ordered. My bag had no receipt with it or any napkins. Your store really really is bad .. awful..

It sounds like it was a couple mistakes made during one visit. They did their best to resolve it by offering you free fries.
unexceptable food service
On 11-02-2017, on or about 0945pm, I ordered two veggie burgers from the Burger King at location: 2990 Powers Boulevard, Colorado Springs, CO 80922.
The quality of food preparation was completely unacceptable. One burger had little to no mayo and no lettuce, so I assumed they veggie burger did not come with lettuce. However, the second burger apparently had a small sliver of lettuce and no mayo at all. This was my first time ordering a veggie burger, and I must say I do not plan on ever ordering a burger from this location as it does not seem like they take pride in the level of service or food quality.
why do employees argue with customers?
On 11/1/17 I entered the Burger King on Cortez Blvd in Brooksville FL by the Beacon Theater at 9.50pm to order food after watching a movie.
A very nice employee waited politely while I looked at the menu and once I ordered that was when he informed me that I will have to take my food to go cause the lobby will be closing in 1 minute at 10pm, then proceeded to sell me on a shake (which I ended up getting! He was very good to me)
No later than that suddenly the girl at the drive thru turned to the poor boy and preceded to say..."You should have had the lobby closed and locked by now! Get it done!" The boy tried to explain he was helping me when she said..."she shouldn't have been let it! So go lock the door!"
I thought 'Really? She just did not say this while in front of me...'
So I said "I came in before 10pm thank you and this poor boy is helping me. Customers do come first."
The girl then looked to me and started to argue with me! "He should have had you out and the door locked by 10pm."
I just sighed..."Really? He is doing his job ...where is your manager? Why are you arguing with me? A customer?!"
The girl pointed to another girl and said with sarcastic defiance. "Right there!"
That was when the Manager came up poor woman had no clue what was going on and proceeded to watch me and that girl continue to scream at each other on who is right and why was she yelling at the poor boy and arguing with me? (just arguing in circles)
I finally got a good look at the manager when she walked up and I asked her. "Are you a shift manager or the Store manager?" That was when I had seen her name tag that said 'Rhonda' on it.
Rhonda said. "Shift manager."
I then proceeded to tell her what had happened and she listened to me but it was clear she had no idea what to do about the whole situation. She or the girl never even apologized to me at all for their behavior! Really? Really! Is this how you train your employee's?
The only thing that I want is an apology and proof of a write up (pdf file) with that girl retrained on customer service and team work.
I just shared this complaint onto my Face book page and Twitter accounts. Now over 1000 people just read and seen this complaint...
Please make sure that rude girl gets retrained and reprimanded, and the Shift manager should also be retrained and both should send me an apology!
Oh...and that poor boy that did nothing but do his job well? Please, make sure he gets praised for a job well done.

I had went to one of your locations I'm Grossbeck highway in Michigan and received poor service forgot three of my items after I left the place I went to go eat my food to find out that the chicken Parm sandwich that I had ordered was not at all what I ordered it was a beef patty with marinara sauce mozzarella soggy bread very disgusting I was very upset I literally spent $30 on garbage.

On October 24th at around 3 Pm I ordered 2 cheeseburger's from the drive through at a new Burger King in Kansas city Kansas on Parallel store number 23661. I asked for extra pickles on the burgers and that was it. There was no one else in the drive through and only 2 cars in the parking lot. I paid at the first window and immediately when pulling up to the second window was told to pull around so they can make my burgers fresh (are they not always fresh?) I sat in my car waiting for 10 minutes - not exaggerating - before I finally went in. There were 4 employees standing around talking and one of them annoyed asked me what I needed, and upon telling them I was waiting for my food for some time, said oh I didn't know you were waiting, I said that he was the one to tell me to pull around! They then casually tossed me the bag and that was it. no apologies or anything. Also they did not add pickles to the burgers. For a brand new burger king in the area, they will not last long with this level of service! I would like acknowledgement that this is being corrected
hours of operation
On three (3) separate occasions I have visited the Burger King drive-thru window. Each time it is around 9:00 p.m. The last visit was as recently as October 30, 2017. On October 30 I was told "sorry we are out of product". The other two visits essentially had the same result. The employee declares they don't have anything or the machine is broken. This Burger King is located at 780 E Hwy 50. Groveland, FL. and advertises that they are open until midnight. How could you possibly be out of product at approximately 9:00 p.m. each time?
Desirable resolution #1: Stay open and serve customers until closing time (midnight).
Desirable resolution #2: Change closing time hours to reflect what they actually are.
Desirable resolution #3: Hire a new manager that cares about customer service.
Had a Burger King around here do the same thing. They closed up 6 months later.
Haven't been to a Burger King since they stopped flame broiling their burgers, about 17 years ago.
I go to the newly opened one, get the same treatment you described
They had some Whoppers, which tasted and looked like thin pieces of cardboard.
They are gone now. Make my own burgers now using a George Foreman grill..
