Burger King whopper sauce

The Burger King on First Avenue here in Evansville Indiana has stopped using the usual Whopper sauce and substituted plain old mayo with no notice to their customers. This is a terrible change and kills the taste of the Whopper. This change is a big mistake and the locals don't acknowledge that a change has been made. Please help get the usual sauce back on my Wopper.

Burger King service

I would like to know what time are you broilers up? I have gone to store # 461 290 Oxmoor Road Birmingham, Al 35209 for approximately 3 weeks in a row to double a whopper. One of your most popular sandwiches only to be told that your broiler isn't up.

You advertise that you can get a whopper but your broiler are down. Are you not the flame broiler burger? I am very confused on this product not be available.

Also the cashier is dry and seem to be very sleepy and lazy in her response to you.

Burger King drive thru

I ordered 2 whoppers with cheese, I drove back and asked for new sandwiches with cheese, the lady came back with the same sandwiches and I asked if they were the same and she said yes. I then requested that she bring me 2 new ones because they had gotten cold. She had me wait in the drive thru for more that five minutes, then handed me the bag. I drove out of the parking lot and when I unwrapped one of the sandwiches, it was the same cold sandwich as she originally had given me and I didn't even get an apology. I threw the sandwiches in the trash. If I wanted a cold sandwich, I would have bought one from a store that didn't cost me almost $8 . This is ridiculous that they think its ok to treat customers like this especially after I had to drive back and they refused to make me new sandwiches that were not cold. This was not the first time the employees at the Burger King on Hwy 27 in Haines City have messed up my orders. I usually just let thier mistakes go, but they were very insulting and thought it was funny. I will take my business elsewhere from now on and that includes my entire family.

Burger King whopper sandwich

I'm sending my receipt it has the date and such as well as the pictures. The tomatoes were so hard they were no where near being fit to put on a sandwich. Should have been put in the trash. But I guess they wanted to save money. Well look at the other picture the lettuce is an inch think. Yes had to throw that off the sandwich as well. Quaillity control is not being followed we know Burger King. And we expect them to be somewhat the same nomatter where you travel. This is probly why Sonic next door is so busy and your store is so slow.

Burger King service / follow up on complaint.

I phoned in a complaint concerning my treatment at north Vancouver's burger king location. On the forth of April, I visited this location at about 11:30 am, having a 'coupon' for a hamburger, (with purchase of fries and a coke) theoretically given to me for participating in a survey, and printed on the back of a receipt from the same location. After doing the survey and writing a code number on the receipt, I had put it in my wallet. When I pulled out the receipt I noticed that the first part of the code had come off (even though in ink), because of the paper used (somewhat polished)by burger king. I pointed it out to the young girls serving at the counter, who where unsure if they could accept it. They turned to their 'supervisor', and elderly Asian woman with what was obviously a taken English name of Linda who I assume also took the role as trainer.
Not only would 'Linda' not take the coupon, but when I explained what must of happened responded with 'you tell me what the missing code is and we will take it' when I explained it was the fault of the paper itself, she then told me 'your problem is with burger king not me'. I countered that she represented burgerking, and asked if she thought I was lying to her, she again reiterated her stance and went on to say that the little piece of the missing code looked like different ink from the last four legible numbers. So now I am accused of lying, and attempting to defraud 'burgerking' of a hamburger. Linda was truly nasty; and worse, in a position of authority and or training of two young girls. I found it made me extremely angry, and very embarrassing in front of other customers. I am 68 years on the planet and I have never ever in my life been treated with such disrespect, and I never will again.
I was so angry that I had to refrain from filing a complaint, as I was furious, until I calmed down. The next day I filed a verbal complaint explaining the situation to 'Scott', who apologized took my information and said he would send out a coupon for a burger, which is all well and good, but not sufficient. He also said he would have the franchise holder call me to discuss the situation, that they took this very seriously etc. etc. . Apparently the franchisee does not bother with such things, because I have heard nothing at all, and no attempt has been made to contact me. In truth 'Linda" is a black eye for what was one of my favorite burger places, and should be let go, but as no one has bothered to follow up I can only guess that burgerking waiting staff can be the rudest people on earth and management could care less. Also the paper receipt material is inappropriate for writing on, I was there when a close friend used her 'coupon' which had suffered from the same fate, (with the code partially rubbed off), but fortunately "Linda" was there to insult her, and the couterperson excepted the coupon without incident.

A sixteen year old is a girl. a server telling a customer they are lying, and have cheated is disrespectful, not calling a young lady a girl. commenting on a strangers life experience, from a position of ignorance --- all should be on your resume.

Burger King grilled sourdough burger

As to your grilled sourdough Burger on a Toasted Bun in fact the bun is not toasted in the store it comes out of a package and it's been toasted somewhere else so basically it's a soggy wet roll the grilled sourdough part of the burger there are no grill marks on the Patty it looks like a Patty that came off the flat top at McDonald's I guess the days of grilling the burgers is over so stop advertising them as such

Burger King poor service, dirty floors behind counter. food not hot. waited and waited to order and receive our food.

We go to burger king often. We usually go to the one in clearfield, pa 16830 on route 879. We were there on march 30th. I have never seen anything like it. Yelling to each worker. We wanted to place our order the one girl yelled do not take any more orders. So we just stood waiting. So unorganized. Behind the counter the floor was a mess. Food all over the floor. Some dingy looking uniforms. One guy was out front in regular clothes which were dirty. Finally they took our order 2 double whoppers, 2 fries and 2 drinks. We waited and waited. Finally we got our order. The sandwiches were not hot and fries. The whoppers were thrown together. By the soda counter it was a mess. We were so disappointed. We like burger king, but this one in clearfield, pa is getting worse. We would appreciate anything you can do for us. Hopefully this burger king will clean the place and have better workers. Burger King cheesy tots not permanent

Stop the bull and give us vegan and vegetarians and flat out cheese lovers the darn cheesy tots! So annoying to go to get cheesy tots and toast sticks etc only to go to mcdonalds or elsewhere due to cheesy tots being discontinued yet again. You never know if they will have them or not and it's annoying! What is the point beside losing customers and pissing us off! Who does market research at bk? A blind & def antisocial? Any search on google or facebook will quickly show the huge demand and aggravation of potential bk customers who go elsewhere due to bk not having the darn cheesy tots! Enough already pleeeeese!

Burger King spicy crispy chicken sandwich

Okay you guys totally mislead people into thinking that they will receive the sandwich that at lease looks like the one in the picture...I got a very tiny sandwich not even worth the money I paid. I took pictures of my sandwich so you can see. It's sad when you go to your favorite place to try out one of there new sandwichs and get completely ripped off..

Burger King 715 e highland, saint joseph

I live close to this Burger King so I offtenly stop here on my way home, and they just can't seem to get my order right. Today I ordered 2 dbl cheeseburgers and they gave me single cheeseburgers. Every time I order something is wrong and the lady at the window always has an bad attitude towards me. This is easily the worst BK in town and I would love for there service to be improved.

Burger King waiting 50 minutes for my food then getting rude response from manager

I ordered my food at 9:15 pm in store #1213 with manager Theo on duty and spent $33 on order # 36. After watching 4 customers order after me and walk out so at 9:36 I finally got theos attention and asked about my food, he wasn't sure walked away and left me standing there knowing nothing. One of the girls finally told me for some reason my food sat to the side and got cold. I gave her the receipt and she said she was going to re fire the order. At 9:46 I asked again about the food, come to find out it still wasn't made I had to wait longer. Finally at 9:55 I get my food. I check it and am missing some fries and cheese on one of my burgers, I ask for the cheese and Theo tells me well on your receipt she didn't charge u for it, like my hour wait didn't call for a free piece of cheese. I was livid and stomped out got to the car and realized I left my watered down now drinks on the counter. I turned around and went to the door which was now locked..I banged on the door but no response... I'm appalled by the way I was treated I never once even got an apology for the wait...I will never return to that store

Burger King unacceptable customer service

Hello-

Today I visited the Burger King in Dover Delaware on S. DuPont Highway (Webbs Lane) at 7:10P.

I ordered two kids meals. A Cheeseburger, fries and a Chocolate Milk and a Hamburger, fries and Chocolate Milk.

I paid at the first window and proceeded to the second pick-up window.

Once I received the food I checked and noticed there was only one french fry. When I mentioned this, Jada said she wasn't able to do anything because she didn't have a cash register.

It was very uncomfortable, like getting the missing french fries was impossible or even that we should drive back around through the drive thru and re-order the fries we originally ordered.

When it was clear that we would wait for the fries, that seemed upsetting to the Manager. I had to pay two dollars for the fries.

I didn't receive a receipt for either.

Customer service was unacceptable and clearly the idea that the customer can spend their money at Wendy's, McDonald's, Chic Filet or anywhere else isn't being taught at Burger King.

One experience like this and the customer shares with 16 other people.

Not the experience Burger King wants shared I'm sure.

Burger King the guy supervisor/manager

I am a customer who goes into your store and or call every once in a blue moon. I have called the store for my sister 4 times in the last 6-7 months each time the man supervisor/manager hangs up on me after I ask for who I want. He is very rude and never nice. I find this a problem he needs to be dealt with in a professional way he also needs to be taught to act professional being a supervisor/manager. Each time I have called my family member it wasn't to talk it was an emergency. I called the store just now to ask for my sister he slammed the phone in my ear, I called back and the phone ring at least 40 times. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional. He works at the burger king at 3933 bladensburg rd, brentwood md 20772 phone # [protected]. This makes me do not ever want to give this site my business. He is very unprofessional. My email is beam. Burger King wrong order, major disappointment

I've been excited to try the Sourdough King sandwich from BK. I rarely eat fast food and thought it was worth the calories to try. I rolled through the Burger King after my doctors appt as I'm fighting a flu virus, and was very excited to get home, rest and eat my sourdough king.

But not only was it $6, it wasn't even the right sandwich! Awful, awful. I'd go back across town nd return it if I weren't sick and finally home.

Burger King customer service

I went to the Burger King in Muncie Indiana today on Madison St. They are rude and have a bad attitude. I am telling people to stay away please. They don't need any business. They didn't even say our order number right. They was screaming and yelling. They act like they don't know what they are doing. They was bullying with me and my family. Bad business. The lady with the long hair pulled back was the main one doing it. They was putting on a show. Then the other customers left quickly.

Burger King drive thru

It was 9:30 pm when I went thru the drive thru and placed my order. they had 30 minutes let for there shift, I ordered a #12 rodeo crispy meal with LG fry with LG come and a original chicken sandwich meal with lg onion rings and lg dr pepper.. I wanted no mayo on bottom bun with cheese, I received a ocs with no cheese and light mayo with sour looking lettuce and old as crap.. I was told to pull up we were waiting on the other chic to cook, needles to say in the whole order the only thing that was hot was the rodeo chic sand, the rest of the food was old, I've worked fast food a lot in my life, if you park a car for 1 sandwich wouldn't you at least make sure the other sandwich was fresh and the frys and or onion rings? Especially since you pulled the car forward? Burger King is my most favorite place to eat I love the ocs, I was very dissatisfied with my visit, the blonde haired long curls guy was in a hurry for some reason, gave wrong drinks.. and another? The napkins you serve with your orders are? I believe lite Brown that says Burger King I think I'm not sure? Or are they the long white rough feeling ones by the sink after you wash your hands? I received about 6/8 white long rough hand drying towels in my order! Needles to say my visit was horrible! thanks for your time and hope things get better, I understand it was nearly closing time and everyone was ready to go home! Just remember that's called? Your job thought that's why you were there.. I would say if the young man is unhappy with the work he's paid to do.. um find another, don't ruin my taste for my favorite place to eat :) I'm not trying to be ugly in any way I just want the service he would want going in somewhere to eat with his family, when you pay almost 20.00 for your food you want freshness. Once again thanks for listening and have a great day!

Burger King not receiving full order

I went to the burger King #15963 in warren Pennsylvania on April 5th at 741 pm and ordered an original chicken meal, 2 bacon cheeseburgers, a whopper Jr and a value onion ring and I didn't receive my whopper Jr and only got 1 of my bacon cheeseburgers. When I first went to order, the lady working the register seemed like it was a big hassle to even take my order and when I looked at my receipt she was under a different employees name.(she was under Benjamins employee code)

Burger King product pricing

I am currently sitting at the burger king whopper bar at the calgary airport. They had advertised beer for 4.00 with a meal, but when I paid for it, the cashier charged me 7.00 and told me to disregard the sign! Well then why have the sign? When I told him he should honor the price... He refused. This is not a big deal, but the principle of the thing just caused me to respond. Also why are you using paper bags for your orders that just get dumped in the garbage? They should be recycled.

Burger King lunch visit

My mom and I had a very very awful visit to one of your stores. I would go into detail but there was a lot of foul language used by the cashier and manager. We were called fat and told that we need to be drinking water and eating salads. Your employees made my mother cry. And when asked for our money to be refunded the manager said it was against company policy that we were [censor] out of luck. The ceiling was falling down there was trash all over the drink station and a huge puddle of water on the floor that was spreading. The employees didn't use gloves to make the food

Burger King customer service

The employee her name is Estela. She complain that we had to buy the jalapeño, which we did but she didn't let us talk. She was cutting us off with an attitude until the cashier told her and shows the receive, which she scoff saying that we only payed one. Second when I was going to start eating she got all her employees from the back and started pointing at my direction with the scoff again, and getting mad at the really friendly cashier. He has such a good way on treating us. Sadly, Estela ruined the food for me and my family.
