Burger King management and service

Hello my name is Ravin Lancaster, on 5/15/2018 at 9:30pm I went in store to order $3.79 king's deal meal. After waiting 7 minutes i question the bagger to ask when will my food will be ready and she continued to say it was coming. After I seen other customers after get their meal i decided to ask for a manager. The manage act if nothing was wrong. He said I'm sorry what do you want me to do i ask what can you do because Ive been waiting her for over 10 minutes. He finally made me a shake which i had request but as i was almost out the door proceeded to talk about where i work which is Walmart and say hey I wait there in line which is 30 minute i was i very shock because i work in customers and that not how you treat your customers. I ordered at 9:30 I didn't leave until 10 o'clock at that location had some one waiting for me in the car this was a very unpleasant visit. My phone number is [protected] I would like a refund of coupons would be okay because i love eating here.

Burger King shakes

I have stopped at the BK (2800 Hylan Blvd) approximately 6 times in the last year or so on my way home from work. I usually want some French fries and a milk shake. Every single time I was told that their milkshake machine was broken or out of order or they didn't have one. I can only assume at this point that they don't plan on getting it fixed. Just wanted to report it as I have now been going to McDonalds instead and you have lost a customer because of this store.

Burger King product

I went to Burger King on 5/11/2018 and bought two whoppers for $6 (which is an amazing deal). I simply said may I have the 2 for $6 whoppers with extra pickles, simple enough right? Wrong. I waited until I got home which is no more than 2 minutes away to eat them. For beginners, the food was cold. Okay I understand if you don't eat it right then and there it has the potential to get cold so ill take the blame for that. However, when I opened the burgers I was in shock as not only were there not extra pickles but there was hardly anything on my burgers. Sure, go back to the location and complain right? wrong, I handed the woman at the window who didn't care to say a word to me but the total... $6 and $.53 cents and she says, "ten cents." Not please, not a thank you after I said have a great day, nothing. So I figured id write to you in hopes that this matter can be solved.

Burger King food

I received a burnt sourdough breakfast sandwich completely ruining my sandwich and I had also been asked to pull up to a window that was frosted and after I received my food I had to back up to the first window to ask for ketchup. Not a good experience at all and when I went to fill out the survey on BKs site I was told they werent accepting feedback.

Burger King raw chicken, unsanitary restaurant

My fiancé and I went to the Burger King located on samoset st in Plymouth, Ma. As soon as we got to the counter the cashier decided to go on break. Another was roaming around the store careless to knowledge us there. Explicit music was playing which we found unprofessional. The drink machine was sticky and covered in syrup. Trash was everywhere. The place was filthy and it looked like it wasn't cleaned in weeks. To add to the unpleasant experience my fiancé's chicken sandwich was raw. This has been a consistent issue with this location. We have never had a good experience with this location. Something needs to change IMMEDIATELY or it must be shut down. This is a serious health issue and it must be addressed.

Burger King location quality

The BK near my house (14504 Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77079) has had repeated and consistent problems with customer service AND food quality for years. I'm so tired of having to drive to BK locations further away just to avoid this one! No one seems to take my complaints seriously. If you don't believe me, send secret shoppers and see for yourself. I've even witnessed other customers besides myself being mistreated, and when I buy food for friends or family the orders are often wrong, food cold, and the fries... the fries are ALWAYS old. They even refried stale fries once when I complained! It's ridiculous. Please do something about this location!

Burger King awful customer service

I called to complain about a Burger King in another location and I got a woman on the phone with a strong Indian accent that for the life of me could not understand. I struggled to understand half the things she was saying. I got so frustrated to the point where I asked to be transferred to someone else. She argued with me on the phone for a good 6 minutes about why she was refusing to transfer me to someone else despite the fact I explained to her I cant understand what she was saying. It then got to the point where I demanded to speak to a super visor. She then sarcastically asked me why I needed to be transferred to a super visor. I told her I had called about another burger king location but now I'm complaining about how rude you're being to me. She then continued to be insanely rude and sarcastic towards me saying "so you called to complain about me?" she then put me on hold and then picked up the phone again just to hang up on me. Now that's what I call quality costumer service.

Burger King service and food

I came in at 2:19 pm on Saturday, May 12 and ordered the 2 for $6 (Whopper and Crispy Chicken). After waiting 20 minutes, I saw customers who came in after me received their orders. Asked the manager and she told me it takes 6 minutes for the Crispy Chicken and would have to wait and that new employees had to learn. I already waited 20 minutes. Received my meal in about 1/2 hr. Went home and opened the crispy chicken sandwich. It had the diameter of a quarter and so tiny. The cook in training did not give me a crispy chicken. Looked overcooked; gave to my dog. Then I opened the Whopper, my favorite burger in the world. When I took a bite, did not taste like a Whopper. Looked at the meat and it was old, burnt and cold. They only had one cook in training and one server with 1/ 2" nails. I work in health profession and food servers cannot have long nails due to OSHA regulations. In addition, she wore no gloves. At the end, I had to ask the manager for my receipt. No apologies. # on bottom of receipt is T-00L, I = 5, C=9538. I want a refund and will never again purchase your food if this is the kind of people you hire.

Burger King food quality

On 5/13/2018 around 10:40 p.m., my family and I stopped for a quick meal at Burger King located at 108 Deer Way, Madison, MS 39110. Our order was a 10pc original nugget, two bacon cheeseburgers, two chicken jr., two small fries, an apple pie and two cokes. We were told it would be 3 minutes for our nuggets and we were asked to pull down. It wasn't three minutes before they brought our order out and we proceeded to leave. Not even 5 minutes after leaving my husband attempted to eat his chicken sandwich. The chicken was cold and the bottom bun was hard as a rock. I asked my husband to check mine and it was the same condition. He then proceeded to check his bacon cheeseburger and they both were cold and hard also. This is unacceptable. This restaurant is fairly new and my family and I ate there pretty often due to it being close to home and usually "fresh" food. I paid for fresh food and even was willing to wait but what I was given was food that has sat under a heating light for God knows how long.

Burger King customer service

Burger King located at 332 S Bickett Boulevard, Louisburg, NC 27549
I went to Burger King with my mother for lunch today and one man was doing all of the work. There were four employees sitting in booths and two talking in the back. A lady took our order and then walked to the back. One employee (I believe his name was Rasha) cooked the food, ran the register, and was running the drive-thru as well. He was an exceptional, outstanding employee and deserves praise! However, no one else was doing anything. They sat there while he did all of the work. They were laughing, talking, and on their phones, and not once did I see him complain or stop working. I think it is extremely unjust for one man to do all of the work and everyone get paid for the job. Everyone should not be on "break" at the same time. This chain of Burger King will not last long if the employees are not willing to work. My mother and I both told Rasha what an outstanding employee he was. I don't want compensation of any kind. I just wanted to let someone know that one man was running an entire restaurant! I did not take any photos, but I'm sure someone could replay the cameras and watch this one man run everything. Thank you for your time.

Burger King breakfast sausage croissant

I go to Burger King once in a great while for the sausage croissant breakfast sandwich. It was the best I have had anywhere. Always hot inside with melted cheese and a great toasted crispy outside. 6 months ago, I stopped at the lemont illinos Burger King to guy one on the way out of town. What I received was a croissant that was cold, luke warm almost cold sausage and cold cheese. Disgusting, so I threw it out. Yesterday I was bragging to my girlfriend about how great the Burger King breakfast sandwich was, so we stopped at the newly renovated on in Lockport IL to get the sausage and Bacon croissant. Same as the lemont store. Croissant wasn't even warm with a piece of cold cheese on top. I decided to make a complaint this time.

We're the way these sandwiches are make changed to not toast or heat them up? Or is it just laziness on the employees part. If they are changed to be this new way, I just won't buy them again.

Burger King service and employee attitude

I went to you East Peoria IL location yesterday to grab a quick lunch. I placed my order for a single sandwich and pulled around not receiving my total. When I was told my total it was the total of the combo. I clarified I only needed the sandwich and not the combo. The window attendant informed me the total she told me was for the sandwich alone. When I informed her of the price on the drive up menu I was informed, with a snippy attitude, that I was wrong and that I don't know what I was talking about and to pay or pull out of the drive thru. I'm not making a big deal out of a few extra dollars I still had the money but the attitude that was presented I was not a fan of. Had there been anything close to work I would have gone else where. Once I paid and went back to the menu I saw that I was in fact correct then left. I gave you two stars because I love your food but that girl ruined my experience. Thank you

Burger King double whopper and regular whopper

Me and my wife ordered a double whopper w/cheese combo with onion rings and a regular whopper w/cheese combo with onion rings. When we got home both burgers did not have cheese and only one combo came with onion rings. It was almost as if we have had the wrong order. I usually wouldnt waste my time with this but thats not what i paid for. If any reimbursement is possible please contact via email

Burger King whopper

Ordered a whopper at your Edmondson NB location. Patty was half dark brown and half beige in colour. Was given a replacement not cooked from fresh either. I said I guess we'll try again only to have staff parroting my words to each other sarcastically "well have to Try again"! What a bunch of disrespectful incurious rude people you employ. This was written sitting here in the store. Sorry I did not think to take a picture of the nasty Patty.

Burger King both product and service issue

Alyssa Varner and fiancé Dustin went to Burger King to get lunch before dropping off husband at work.
We ordered 6 double bacon cheeseburgers and a large fry. We got to dustins work and noticed all sandwiches were made wrong.
So, now being late for work, we drive back to Burger King because Dustin was paying for the food and he was very upset as well. Alyssa goes inside calmly, yet upset, telling manager food was made wrong and I would like to keep the wrong food I PAID FOR!...Plus get the correct food we originally ordered. They tell me no and make the food correctly. While I was standing waiting for the food, a cook in the back called me a [censored] to another cook employee. I acted like I couldn't hear them because I was extremely upset and scared, on the verge of tears and legs shaking uncontrollably...all because the uneducated employees of Burger King cannot make 6 sandwiches correctly and use curse words due to not being an intellectual. Now, fiancé Dustin is late for work and hungry, because he cannot eat his food until he gets a break. This all took about 30-40 minutes. I'm VERY upset...it sad because I have given that company tons of my hard working money and now I will be forced to not go there anymore. So, what I would like to know now is what are you go to do or say to make us feel comfortable enough to go back to Burger King and trust this will not happen again?! Please write me back as soon as possible.

Burger King ham, egg and cheese sourdough breakfast sandwich with slimy water

Picked up a sourdough ham, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. By the time I got it home it turned into a big slimy mess. The cheep paper wrapper turned into a wet slimy mess all over the bread and the inside of the bag. After cleaning off the wrapper I tried to eat the sandwich but now the bread was a real soggy mess. Also there was so much salt some one must have dumped the salt container on it. I could eat this mess. Also a ton of salt on the potato's. It would not have been as bad if the wrapper was better that wet toilet paper. Should be covered in a cardboard or foam container. I should have taken this back but I was so mad I just tossed it away and I just didn't want to drive all the way back to make a load statement in someone's face at the Davison, Michigan Burger King.
I doubt that my outrage will make any difference but if it does I may return someday.

Burger King 2 for $6

Went through drive thru at 10:40 and ordered 2 for $6. One whopper with extra onions, bacon and cheese and one spicy crispy chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese and four orders of chicken nuggets and the whopper had no onions and the chicken had no bacon or cheese. Worse experience ever. Did not receive a receipt. If it is not resolved we will not be eating there anymore. I payed almost 20 dollars for poor service.

Burger King burger king staff morgan city louisiana. 70380

I was just yelled at by 3 black employees through the drive through window because they could not understand the coupon code. I told them I did but the speaker must not be working. When I tried to hand them my money they turned their backs and we're all laughing at me and making woo woo noises. I finally just PUT my money on the ledge of the he drive through window. My friend was in the car and saw and heard the whole thing. They got even worse with the he woo. Wooo noises and laughing like goons. Worst bk experience ever, and I travel a lot. I am white and they were all black. Will never return to the Morgan City Louisiana bk EVER!

Burger King burger king

Went to the burger king in Southfield Michigan between 9 and 10 mile. I waited several minutes being 2nd in line to order. At least 4 cars behind me left. Finally I ordered a whopper and small chocolate shake. Laughing and rudely saying "yay we ain't got any shakes right now. " unbelievable! I said I waited all this time and you don't have what I want. Maybe you should put a sign on your speaker. This is ridiculous. I pulled away. As I drove by she stuck herself out the window and flipped me off! NEVER EVER have I been so disrespected! I want to speak to someone immediately. Tried calling the store to speak to a manager and of course no one answered. I will go to the news or who ever will listen if I don't get a call back. VERY UPSET!

Burger King manager was very rude and disrespectful

A girl took my order when I got to the window the manager Casey and the girl was at the window I ask could I add something on she told me go back around there was no need to go back around if there wasn't any cars behind me i ask can i delete my order she got mad threw my change at me and slammed the window in my face. I would never go back to this restaurant again!
