Worst place to go even after the renovation. Slow service, my food was ready in 5 but the cashier, Jessie, instead did other things and kept my food out. After 15 mins of waiting I finally got my food, but the order was completely wrong. I want a refund or something because this was the worst service, I'm a truck driver so I can't even just come back and get my food corrected. The cashier who took my order didn't even care if the food was ready or not. I will not be coming back to this location again, this should have become something that actually services their customer in a timely and correct manner

Worst place ever. Seriously. Shake machine is NEVER WORKING. Employees are rude and horrible. They never have anything you ask for and ALWAYS give the wrong food orders. I've had to go back for the right thing EVERY TIME. I've lived down the street for a year. They are unclean and the drive thru is always down. They always have an attitude and treat you like the lowest human beings ever. I would rate zero stars if I could. I've lived all over, had many different fast food places...this one is literally the worst. They act entitled and when you say they got the wrong order, they act like they don't know what they are doing. We got a chicken sandwich once that was RAW. We continue to go back in hopes it gets better but it doesn't. This location is 3275 refugee. My husband just went in because the drive thru is "down" and heard another customer ask about the milk shake machine... They said it was down for cleaning (it's 7pm) but I've never actually seen them clean it. Another customer told my husband he had been waiting for half an hour for a couple sandwiches. The worker started to argue with the first customer and then say she was off the clock and going home and wasn't working anymore. He left and we went elsewhere to eat. It's not worth driving another 15 mins to another location. Highly dissatisfied, I never complain!

I ordered a simple order at 2:34 pm on July 6, 2018 at the Burger King at the Tamarack in Beckley, Wva. I did not receive my food for a full half hour. The quality of the food was awful and should have been extra fresh for the wait time. They were not short handed, they didn't fill orders in order, and they were rude. Terrible place and experience!

I went to burger king in Portland and ate half my sandwich to find that the bottom of the bread is molded this is disgusting why is bread that old or in a temperature that can make the bread mold I hope I don't become sick from eating your chicken sandwich I will not go to another Burger King ! The Salem, Mo BK is illegally forcing employees to clock out so they don't have overtime and then making them work off the clock. Also, they do not allow employees to have a break or lunch when they are working 8 hours per day. I have complained before, but will now be taking this complaint to the state if I am not contacted. My 17 year old granddaughter works there and routinely doesn't get breaks and now they've started making her click out and still work. The manager from Rolla, MO named Dave is the person making her clock out. She also got hurt the other night while she was working (but clocked out) so this will be a Workmans Comp issue also.

We went to get a whopper combo with regular coke and asked for a 2 zesty sauce to dip the Frye in
the manager told me it would be an extra 25 cents each I have never been charged before
She said they don't give sauce for that order
When we to eat we found the drink was diet
The next time we went to The same store we ordered the Spicy nuggets and a small fry and asked for a zesty sauce we drove away and they did not put a sauce in

I just went through the drive-through of Burger King on the corner of fourth Street and Keystone I ordered a number one with cheese minus pickle and tomatoes the sandwich was terrible it tasted like they dumped the whole shaker of salt on it I also ordered a chocolate shakeAnd when it came out it was a very chocolatey but it was a shake I guess it took like 15 minutes to get to the drive-through very unorganized staff but you figure with a number one of the menu it's been at least somewhat right it wasn't it was real bad really want to let you know
managers attitude
Manager named Ray the name she gave me is very very rude for no reason. If you mess up my order why get an attitude with me if I did not get one with you? I'm the one that got home to no bacon on a bacon double cheeseburger. I am the one that wasted gas and time. This was Del City on 29th zip code 73115. To roll your neck at my 17 year old son because he didn't bring back the messed up burger is crazy

july 5 2018 merrill rd jacksonville fl 32211 12:45pm went through drive thru ordered bacon double cheeseburger value fry value onion ring and bbq bacon crispy chicken sandwhich...your TRAINED employees failed to add my fries to the bag so i went back inside to get them...after i returned to my vehicle and upon further examination i found there ONLY 4 YES I SAID 4 onion rings in my bag there was also NO bbq bacon crispy chicken sandwhich but another bacon double cheeseburger (4$ difference)... this is completely unacceptable anywhere on earth ...i wish i could sue you guys for wasting my entire lunch period and making me go back to work hungry...pretty sure i cant but ill look into it...needless to say i probably wont step foot into another BK for at least a year or so no matter how big my lunch group is or how many people i have with me.

I'm not a routine fast food customer but sometimes grab something while on the run.
Today I choose to go to the Burger King drive through because it was raining terribly and I was tempted by you Sourdough bacon mushroom swiss burger.
How disappointing! The bread was cold, the tomato hard, the cheese not even melted, AND not one mushroom! And to make it worse, I paid almost $7 (including tax) for this sandwich! I cant prove that I bought the sandwich because...no receipt. And, no napkins in the bag.
There are alot of choices to get a quick lunch near my work and the next time I'll pay $7 for a hot meal, not a cold, poorly made sandwich from Burger King.

Last Wednesday I was at Burger King on 9041 college pkwy fort myers I watch a manger hit a women with a stick a black long stick I took video of it .your manger name was jazmine well I watch her a couple of day and the way she treated he crew I surprised no one has sued her yet but on Wednesday I waited for the women to get off to see if she was all right but I over heard her on the phone speaking with someone crying and telling the person on the phone say she has cancer at least she gets up every morning to come to work so this manger had hit a cancer patient But I came back today someone said this manger jazmine is on vacation I have given the video to the District attorney o District attorney office because this is a crime against someone with cancer

Product/ The hash brown were all stuck together very old looking, they were over cooked. The French toast sticks were very greasy.
Service/ I asked for a bacon egg cheese sandwich an I got a sausage egg biscuit, I took it back an they gave me a bacon sandwich the third time I took it back an finally got the right order they were really rude. The restaurant was very nasty.

July 4th 2018 I went to burger king in coon rapids. Right next to the coon rapids Walmart. I sat at the pay window for 20 minutes with half of my food before the employee asked me 3 times what sandwiches I was missing. After repeating myself over and over she finally brought my sandwiches out and didnt even offer a coupon for the inconveniences or anything. Everytime it's a [censored] show. They ask if you want cheese or bacon, never receive cheese or bacon on my sandwiches. They're standing at the pay window complaining loud enough for customers to hear. It was an awful experience.

On vacation in Orlando and went to the Burger King on Vineland Rd on 7/4/18 at 4:52 p.m. No one working in there spoke English. We couldn't order at the drive thru because they couldn't understand our English and we don't speak Spanish. We had to pull up to the window to order and then had to go inside twice because the order was wrong. We got all the way back to the hotel before we discovered they hadn't given us our chicken fries. We did not go back because by this time we were all frustrated and had somewhere we needed to be by 5:30. We spent 42.86 for cold and missing food. This experience will make us think twice about ever going back to a Burger King again. I do think I should feel like a foreigner in a restaurant in America. The employees need to be able to communicate in English.

This restaurant has gone down hill significantly in the past years. Tonight was the worst, and I will no longer go back! Placed inside order at 7:13pm, many angry people already in there waiting. The lobby was FILTHY. And the flies were unbearable! The pop machine area was disgusting, no lids for some sizes. The carafes of coffee had flies crawling in and out of them right on the pick up counter, it's was horrible. After 30 min 1 order went out. Several angry people were asking what was taking over a half hr, some ordered 2 sandwiches only! They had a TON of food sitting under warmer when I ordered, when we finally got our food at 8:03pm most of it was still sitting there! People were coming back with wrong orders, ect. The manager slammed the door so hard, it scared my 6 year old! There was a lot of cussing going on as well. Got food, got to car and realized a sandwich was missing. Another 10 mins. People were inside eating and the manager says thats it, lobby is closed, the drive through is open for 1 more hour, and then LOCKS THE DOORS! You had to be let out by the workers! Osha hazard! This was so unreal! We live in town, by time we got home the drinks had sweat through the bottom of the drink carriers, lovely... food was COLD and whoppers still wrong, go figure nothing new here. People coming back with their bags couldn't even get back in! This was the last straw, this places SUCKS so bad. I will NEVER give them a penny again. Why can't this place go and we get a real restaurant then can function and put out a decent product?!?! I hope the owner knows that this was WAY out of line tonight. It's a good thing they did close down early to be honest. Their excuse, it's 4th of July. Actually it's the 3rd, and this place ALWAYS has issues. I do not recommend this place to anyone, I actually would tell you not to go. I plan to check with Osha, and the lake city fire department to see if being locked in is even legal. You'd think they'd refund yoou, or compensate you for waiting a damn hr. What a JOKE!

On Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at approximately 10:15pm I arrived at the drive thru located at 458 Smithfield Avenue providence Rhode Island. I ordered a sandwich. As I drive up to the window the female told me she could not take "the [censored] anymore and needed to go home". I asked her if it wasn't to much trouble if she could make two chicken sandwiches as she informed me she really can't as it's busy. I told her I wouldn't mind pulling to the parking lot and waiting. She said I really can't. I then asked to speak with a manger as a heavy set female told me that I would have to drive around and order again thru the drive thru window. I told her I don't understand. She said what don't you understand. I told her I wouldn't mind pulling over and waiting for the two additional sandwiches. She told me I would have to pull around and order again.

I arrived at Burger King at 5:45 p.m. there was no one else in the store but myself, they did not take my order in till 5:57 she gave me the cup after I place my order my order was ready before I got the ice in the cup. The food was cold it has been sitting there so long getting cheese cuz literally two different colors. Person working behind the counter is that holds all in the back of her shirt. Store is nasty and smells like garbage. All the tables and floor are nasty

We ordered 4 bacon cheeseburgers & were charged for 4 of them but got 3 cheeseburgers & 1 bacon cheeseburger thru drive thru. We were already at our destination when we opened them. We want either refund or replaced with correct product. Always messing up! We love the food but seriously how hard is it to get such a simple order right? I hope you fix this or we may just have to not return to Burger King.

Me & my Son just picked up good from the Burger King drive-thru in Cedar Lake, Indiana, around 7:10-7:20am. We ordered 2 LARGE orders of hash browns, 1 orange juice & 1 hamburger & 1 cheeseburger. The 2 orders of large hashbrowns were disgusting, cold & hard as a rock, all of them! They gave us a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger & the other cheeseburger I ordered with ketchup & mayonnaise was thrown together, dripping in mayonnaise, that I couldn't eat more than a few bites. I am very upset because I wasted almost $9.00 on disgusting food & I don't make that much money. I don't know how they could serve that kind of food to their customers! We also had to wait over 8 minutes for our food to be done & it was still disgusting & the burgers weren't even warm. Shame on them for serving their customers disgusting, cold, hard as a rock food! Yes, I want my money back, every penny of it, that's the least Burger King can do! I paid $8.85 for that cold, hard, dripping in mayonnaise slapped together burger, cold, disgusting food!

Im in the drive thur at buger king in pensacola florida on mobile hwy and its 11:56 am and the customer service truly stinks right now!
The order board was not working and I had
5 cars in front of me 4 behind me so just couldn't leave, we were blocked in by the way I was in a cab my cab ride is always $8.25 and thats a round trip I paid $22.75 for this ride that me & my daughter take
3× times a week and the driver gave me 5 minutes off free. But I had to feed my child! All for my food that was only $10.00
