Buffalo Wild Wings review: Order #10004 myrtle beach

I called in the order and they gave me a time? I went to get order checked in and then was told it will be a couple of minutes? I waited 10 additional minutes and asked again and was told we will check on order? No response I asked again as other guests we coming and going? Then I asked to see the manager and the person started towards the back and stopped again to check in the box when the completed orders we sitting and at that time the person found the order after waiting 15 to 20 minutes? I took the order and went home only to find the fries we cold and there was no ranch sauce for the hot wings and boneless wings ruined the night of watching the game! I called and was put on hold then asking for the manager I was put on hold again and no one came to the phone and then was disconnected? Help! I do order weekly from the site but need help with this order? Please advise. Thanks I appreciate your time.
