12 of us went to BWW for my granddaughter's 12th birthday. Informed the waitress we would not all be on the same check. We sat 25 minutes before the drink order was taken. Once we did order the food it took another 40+ minutes to receive. All of the fries were cold and so were the onion rings. The cheese steak sandwich was truly a joke little to no meat, although my wings were hot the dumped the chipotle dry rub on them. None of the food was worth the $247 bill. Much trouble separating the bill and i was double charged for some items. Had not the pre-teens selected this establishment I would have never gone. Waitress never came back before the food arrived to check on us. Establishment was not busy at all, so I feel there's no excuse for that maybe she was new? Most of the food ordered was left uneaten because of the poor quality and taste. This was a big waste of hard-earned dollars.

You should have questioned the double charges at time of paying.
