I was charged unauthorized charges that they did not inform me about, when questioned they said it is in the rental agreement, I was informed that the agreement was for the insurance which included roadside, which I was expecting to be charged, not the additional amounts that they have charged, I will never use Budget again, they are misleading and do not care about their customers
