After waiting in line for 45 minutes to pick up our car, they sent us downstairs to get our car. We had rented a midsize car similar to a Toyota Corolla. When we picked up the car, it was a Hyundai Venue. We needed 4 seats and room for 2 suitcases. We went to the office to speak to them and received no assistance and kept being told the car was a comparable car. Not true as you have to put the back seats down in order to put 2 suitcases in.
