I dropped the car off at the Detroit airport on June 2, 2026 at around 7-8 pm. An employee directed us to where we should park. The car was washed and vacuumed before we returned it. It was pristine and no dents or scratches. A few days later I saw an extra $350 charge on my credit card and I called them. They contended there was damage and unless I could prove otherwise, they would not remove the $350 charge. I was chastised because I did not have a timestamped and dated photo of the car when I returned it. Now they are trying to scam me and say I damaged the car. The car was MOST CERTAINLY not damaged upon return.
Recommendation: Be careful and document your car's condition before you leave the lot. Otherwise, they will do this to you too!
