I went to budget online to rent a car. They said I could get 35% off with my email and pay now. When I looked at the price, it said total price. When I checked out, they never showed me the price until after my credit card information was taken and they added taxes and airport fees. It was very misleading. I called their customer service and they could do nothing for me. I will never rent from budget again very misleading ad and Company.

Recommendation: Do not use this company.

I went onto the budget website to look for a car. When I got on the website, it said I could get 35% off if I pay now and use my email. Under the payout price, it stated that was the total cost. When I went to pay with my credit card, it did not show me the cost again until after my credit card information was taken. After my credit card information was taken they added taxes and fees. I could’ve rented the car much cheaper from somewhere else, but the website or budget is very misleading and I will never use it again or budget. I tried to call their customer service and they said since it was a pay now there was nothing they could do except charge me a $50 cancellation fee.
