On 2/2/2025, I pre-paid $676.11 for a car rental, My plane had a mechanical failure which caused it to land late in Butte, MT at 12:05am on 6/18/25 Budget decided to change my rate w/out telling me, They increased it by $1993.99! They corrected it and refunded me, but then Rachel went in after I returned the car and charged me again! HORRIBLE UNETHICAL PERSON!
