I wrote a review about 3 weeks ago as my car rental was filthy and a cracked windshield. Joshua Devonish at customer service/complaint review. That was all explained in my review. Today January 31,I was charged for a broken windshield $522. I took the time to document the prior damage because at time of pickup the car was damaged and filthy. My time stamped pictures are at 710 am on December 31. Pickup time at the counter opened at 7 am.
Claimed loss: $522
Desired outcome: I want a full refund for the entire rental, this has been a pain for a month.
