After I had already confirmed my car booking, Budget canceled it without a valid reason. To my astonishment, they then had the audacity to offer me the exact same car for a 50% higher price.

This is a clear bait-and-switch tactic and feels like a complete scam. It's an unethical way to treat a customer so avoid this company if you want a reliable and honest rental experience.
