Please can someone urgently get back to me. I have to date not received the refund in spite of confirmation from BA that the refund application had been accepted reference WG8SBZ. As a result of confirmation of my refund I have not used the voucher and it expires at the end of September,
I followed up about a year ago and was assured it was being processed but that it would take a bit of time and no refund has been paid to date. I have found your call centre at least 4 times only to be told someone will get back to me in 7 business days and that doesnt happen! This is now unaccepetable. You cant offer customers refunds and then not pay out in 3 years!
Please can someone urgently revert as to what is happening with the refund to me?
