I think it is ridiculous that, as a long time traveller on British airways, over 50 years, i now have to fly to Amesterdam on my way to Portland instead of my usual BA direct flight because KLM has a sensible 300cm oversize baggage policy and you have a stupid 153cm policy. You are flying the same bloody planes?
What is wrong with you?
I will now review my policy of always flying BA because of this stupidity.
I have a box which is 15cm over your allowed size. What nonsense.
