Bravofly Refund

Hello,

My flights timing were changed. And we got an option to either accept the change or get a refund. We asked for a refund. I had completed outbound journey from Dublin Ireland to Goa India. My return journey was cancelled. I had cancelled it in Mid Feb 2021. I have spoken to bravofly customer care and they have told me about 6 weeks ago the they have received the refund from the airlines and it will be passed on to me in 2 weeks. Still no email from bravofly. Booking ID: [protected].
Please assist with your expertise.

Bravofly cancelled flight - reclaim money

I bought two airplane tickets on 25.07.2021 through bravofly.com.
The details of the flights are the followings:
1. From Budapest to Bari
flight date: 26.07.2021
flight number: W6 2361
2. From Bari to Budapest
light date: 30.07.2021
flight number: W6 2362
I saw on the website of Wizzair today that my flight from Budapest to Bari was cancelled, but I didn't got any information about it neither from Bravofly.com, neither from Wizzair therefore I can't reclaim my money back for the cancelled flight.
The other problem is, that the Wizzair website shows that my another flight from Bari to Budapest is not cancelled at the moment, but my friend -who bought her tickets for the same plane at the same time like me- was informed that both of her flights were cancelled and she could reclaim her money back and she also got the feedback for the reclaiming.

Unfortunately, the Bravofly did not inform me about any of the above-mentioned flight problems. I tried to contact them on mobile phone, facebook and e-mail but I did not get any response.

I would like to know how could I reclaim my money for the cancelled flight (W6 2361 ) or for both flights and what can I do with the other ticket (W6 2362) ?

Bravofly Unable to cancel flight

With deep regret I'm here to write that my flight details given below has been cancelled by Airline company. They have processed the refund amount and transferred to Bravofly account.

Now in the Bravofly site I can find my booking but can not find cancel option. Beside when I provide booking ID, it says invalid.

Please do the needful.

Bravofly My flight refund status

My supposed travel to Manchester was on 28/4/20 - 10/5/20. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic we could not proceed with the holiday and was offered to take up the travel credit - in hopes that we can use them to travel again. I've been trying to find ways to reach them but all they asked is to refer to my account page for the status. I want to know how long more do they need to complete my refund?

Desired outcome: I want my refund. Peace of mind knowing that my hard earned money can still be used for another holiday.

Bravofly unable to activate my full flex insurance

I booked a two way flight on 15/03/2021 from Tel Aviv to Stockholm from 14/09/2021 till 18/09/2021 my reservation number is [protected].
on the 23rd of March I got informed that outbound flight to Stockholm was canceled and was given an option of a refund without the company informing me that if I choose the option I will forgo my fullflex insurance option on the return flight.
when I called to activate my full flex insurance and cancel my return flight and receive a refund the company representative informed me that I no longer have the fullflex option to my amazement. I demand a full refund as the act constitutes as fraud in my account.
I am currently serving as the chief economist of the Israeli Security and Exchange Commission and I plan to contact my Swiss And UK colleagues to complain about the matter at hand and to see what are my legal options if the matter is not resolved. I plan to use every legal tool available to resolve the problem at hand.

Bravofly Flight refund and hotel refund

I booked a ticket from Bravofly on 27/5/2020. Due to covid my flight is cancelled and they have choice for me that I can choose money refund or coupon. I had choose coupon and Bravofly told me that I can apply cash refund after November 2020 . I applied for cash refund from January 2020 till now they told me that we have problem with our account section area and they didn't respond me yet about my refund not any email or messages nothing. Coupon will expire on 27 may 2021 but no-one helps from Bravofly very bad experience and Bravofly is a scam fraud cheat on me

Bravofly Use of my voucher

I want to book a flight for the next summer holidays and as described in the email "How to redeem your refund", I would like to use my voucher (229.54 euros). There is no field "Do you have a discount code or voucher?"to enter my redemption code on Bravofly.com website! Booking ID: [protected] linked to the voucher. I would like to have explanations on how to use my voucher before its expiration date. See attached documents for my details.

Bravofly Breach of their own terms and conditions concerning a refund

I booked a flight through them. They didn't inform me that the flight was cancelled by the airline. I found out that purely by chance. Contacted the airline, they assured me that they will be issuing a full refund. Contacted Bravofly, it took more than two weeks and numerous calls until they actually confirmed for themselves the cancellation. They insist on taking a significant handling fee from my refund even though their own Terms and conditions state:
"6.4. Booking modification or cancellation by the airline or flight provider

In case the airline or flight provider cancels or modifies the flight you have booked, you may have the right to a refund of the price of your plane ticket and/or some other type of economic compensation.

We remind you that, in accordance with clause 4.4 of the Terms & Conditions, the Company, although it is not obliged to do so, will refund you the agency fees.

Should the airline open insolvency proceedings, the Company will try and reimburse you the equivalent of the amount on the booking that was not used. Should we succeed in getting your refund, the Company will charge a €35 handling fee per person."

The airline has not opened insolvency proceedings, but Bravofly still insists on charging the handling fee.

Bravofly Booking

Hi,

I want to complain about bravofly regarding their service. I have cancelled my booking because according to airline, my transit to Hongkong is not allowed. I called them several times and were able to talk to a CS but only told me that they will check and they will send email. This is 2 days prior to my flight. As I didn't receive any information from them, I cancelled my booking with them and directly booked in the airline itself.

Now, I filed for a refund. I want to follow up on this but you can no longer contact them through email and/or phone (it always says to wait for the processing). Until when? Now I am reading the same complaints like what I have. How can we do something about it? They should return the money of people and subsequently think if they are worthy of that biz.

Bravofly Travel credit not received

On 25/01/2020, I booked with Bravofly a flight for 2 persons (Martin & Rungnapha VAN MAERREM) on flight CNX - BRU - CNX with Etihad Airways, departure19/05/2020, return on 09/06/2020. Booking ID : [protected]. (invoice no. 20FCH-0125278, customer code: CW15354492, for a total amount of EUR1.220, 66) On 15/04/2020, I received a message from Bravofly to make my choice for Covid-19 refund. I selected Travel credit for an extra value offer of THB45, 280.75, which was confirmed by Bravofly an that I should receive my Travel credit via email in a few days. Up to now I got no further news from Bravofly. My email address is: [protected]@hotmail.com

Desired outcome: Request my Travel credit as promised

On 12/03/2021, I received a message from Bravofly that I will get a refund of THB4, 793.39 which differ a lot from the original value. They advised me to contact my airline Etihad directly, which I did meanwhile. Etihad guest support is telling me now that I have to contact my travel agency, Bravofly.
So they send me from one to another. What can I do now? It looks like they are protecting each other, as long they don't have to refund. What a miserable situation! I thought I could trust Etihad, but I'm starting thinking another way. Who can help me in this case?

Your Tel Aviv - Venice flights, departing 06 March 2020 and returning 14 March 2020, have been cancelled for all the passengers in your original booking.

my flight was canceled due to pandemic on 14/ march 2020

till today almost one year no refund and no replay to my demands !

Bravofly Unethical behaviour on refund and harassment

I have been trying to contact bravofly for 7 months now regarding my refund. My booking ID is: [protected] and my travel credit has not yet been refunded to me. I travelled to Australia and had my return flight cancelled due to the covid. I have contacted bravofly and they said the refund has been initiated but I have received no money or details on the refund progress since. I have attached the screenshot of the refund email below.

This is shameful and intolerable behaviour as I am not able to contact any of the bravofly customer care services. I am requesting you for the final time to please REFUND the money back. You are literally scamming people with money they have earned by working hard.

Bravofly Refund

I booked a Turkish flight from Brussels to Abuja. The airline cancelled my flight. I requested that the money should be returned to me via bank transfer, but they are forcing me with a voucher for a year. I choose another option to get my funds back and I see I lost money too. Till now 1 month on I can't get the money back

Bravofly Will not refund our reservation

Dear Sir/Madam!

It was booked through Bravofly but due to COVID-19 the flight was canceled so we asked for a refund.
We launched the claim on May 7th.
The claim was confirmed and approved by email on July 29th.

I asked Turkish Airlines they had refunded the money or not.
They confirmed that Bravofly would have to pay back our money.

The letter exchanged with Turkish Airlines can be read below, but I copy it here.
„Dear György Schlager,

I have checked all three plane tickets in our system and the amount of EUR 3*531.75 must be returned to Bravofly according to our rules. For our part, they have been given permission to refund the full amount due to the flight cancellation. In our experience, however, such offices like to spend time, but feel free to write to them that you talked to us.

Bravofly Can't get my refund

I have booked a roundtrip flight from JFK to Cairo. The return flight has been cancelled, and it has been about a month and they didn't send me my refund, don't know even how much will the refund be to, so I can book the return flight in the same range and not responding to my emails. just sending me automated emails.

Bravofly About airticket refund

I request refund on April and get the e-mail confirm my request success by bravofly
My ac also said that my refund have already Last two week but I still not get my refund
I ask the airline said that haven't revived any request. I can't find any contact from bravofly
I contact them by facebook and ig but I can't get any reply.

Bravofly Flight tickets from Vietnam to China

Good day,
We booked a flight, that was cancelled by Vietnam Airlines due to Covid19 (Corona), we were informed on 24th of Feruary at the Vietnamese airport.
We could not use our tickets, and had to make a lot of expenses to get a flight home.
BravoNextSA has not refunded our payed (Paypal) amount of € 1343, 06.
We contacted the Brava several times to complained over their way of handling our complains, but non what so ever. They claim it is not refundable, even though they did not have to pay the airline
It is very hard to get the right person(s) in the Brava offices.
We want a refund.
May be you can mean something to us.

Bravofly No reply to messages and impossible to contact about a flight refund

I have an unused ticket (booking ID [protected]) with Bravofly from January due to injury and leaving Thailand early. Since March, I have sent 3 emails; 4 messages on Facebook; and phoned 2 different phone numbers that I could find online - no reply... it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. Bangkok airline confirmed that the flight was already refunded to Bravofly, so there is no way for me to claim via my travel insurance.
