Bravofly Communication during phone call and on chat

Hello, My wife and I bought flight tickets in January and were really happy with the times that we got for the flights, we searched a lot and found the right ones, these were a bit more expensive but worth it for our first family holiday. My wife who is profoundly deaf paid for the tickets.

I received a phone call the next day from a lady who wouldn't give her name or where she was calling from asking for a chat about a reservation for a decision of pay an extra fee, or we would loose the flights and have to re-book!

I asked for the reason and was told the price went up, I wasn't told if the flight was cancelled we would get all our money back. I couldn't pay myself as I wasn't paying for flights. I was told they will simply charge the card who paid for the flights so I approved this and had to explain this to my wife! Please note we completed the purchase during the 15 minutes timeframe to enter details and buy the flights.

Later that evening I decided to call customer service to complain but was told this is the service and the way the company operates the bank card has been charged, and if we change the flights we would loose all our money! I tried the chat option and took a screen shot of the conversation as the advisor was quiet as soon as I complained and promptly ended the chat!

Desired outcome: The extra fee that was charged £35.00 wasn't fair as we paid more than we could have only to find we needed to pay more! The advisor who called me (the customer) and was rude and direct to me, and didn't even say thank you or goodbye!

Bravofly Nonexistent Customer Service!!

I requested a booking earlier today, Jan 27th in the afternoon Hawaii time zone for Peru in May, but their confirmation email never came, so I want to cancel it; however, everything is automated and very unprofessional.

The charge itself is still pending and I already started a dispute through my credit card company.

This company isn't deserving of my time or business!

Bravofly Refund

This travel Agency is a scam.

They booked my flight for the wrong dates.

I paid for both their "premium package" and flight insurance.

I contacted them explaining that the dates were incorrect, and i would prefer them changed to the correct date.

The take a couple days and send out a quote, stating "flight change" charges.

Supposedly this would cost only the price difference between the original flight and me requested new flight.

BS!

The "flight change" charge was basically just as much as booking a new flight completely.

So pretty much i would have to buy a whole new trip.

Although they make it seem their insurance and premium plan would cover a refund in case of a cancelation, it doesnt!

Please stay away.

I just wasted $230.

Bravofly Airline Ticket

The flights tickets with reference number : [protected] has been booked on 16/01/2023. As per the policy it has to be approved and we where supposed to receive a confirmation email on the booking. We have paid the exact amount and have been waiting since then.

No response after payment. No way to complain or contact these guys through their stupid application. If this is not sorted out I will legally proceed a complaint with cybersecurity and consumer protection for this nuisance.

Desired outcome: Immediate Confirmation of the tickets that are booked

This is the worst company I have dealt with they really should not be permitted to operate and conduct a business in the manner they use.I will never use this company again and I will also notify everyone I know to follow my advice.

My name is John Mario Pozzo and I am writing to you to complain about a big “saga” going on against me.

Back in April this year, I wanted to take advantage (partially my mistake…) of two small vouchers, one for myself and one for my wife, from the defunct Alitalia. The catch was that I could only use them thru an on-line travel, LastMinute.com. I booked thru them for a two passengers round trip Lufthansa from JFK to Catania on July 6, 2022 and return from Catania to EWR on September 7th, REGULAR Economy, with FLEXIBLE Insurance coverage. On line, I selected No Luggage, because either my wife and myself were covered for one piece each by our credit cards. After a couple of weeks, with my HUGE surprise, your site was indicating that it was transmitted as BASIC Economy and nothing could be done about it. Since I have cancer and being transplanted (as per previous documentation, long time sent to Lufthansa - Germany), per doctors’ recommendation, I needed to upgrade to Business Class thru you for myself and my wife, Concetta M Pozzo, my CARE-GIVER. I was told also by your agents that I needed to purchase baggage, for my medications and equipment.

Just a couple of days before our scheduled departure, I got notified (as per document) that I had a relapse of my cancer and needed treatment as soon as possible, therefore I had to cancel our trip.

Now, after so many weeks of aggravations, I AM STILL WAITING FOR FULL REFUND, this is not acceptable, I am a long-time passenger of yours and you are a respectable Airline!

Please reply and refund me as soon as possible.

Bravofly Airline Ticket Purchase

I purchased a Frontier Airlines ticket through their website. On realizing that it was for the wrong date, and seeking a change or refund, I was told via their website that I could only cancel the ticket through Frontier itself, which I did. After cancelling it, I went to contact them about rescheduling or refunding the ticket. It turns out, the phone number they provide for "customer service," is a completely dead line in the United States, and they only have a chat AI to help answer simple questions on their website. No way to communicate with them whatsoever, and paypal has denied my claim that I never received the service (even though I cancelled the ticket within 10 minutes of purchasing it). I even showed them the transaction page on Frontier which showed a full refund going back to BravoFly. Never going to see that money back in my account, the service is a thinly veiled scam.

Desired outcome: Get shut down by some federal agency for fraud

Bravofly No booking or pnr supplies

On the 5th of October this year (2022) I had booked a flight to Bangkok from Sydney between the 3rd and 14th of January next year with Bravofly. I got word that I would get confirmation and an email of the flight. The took just over $1800aud from my bank account and to date have not received anything, I cant get past the first step via the automated service because I have not received the booking. The flight is in 3 weeks time and I would like either a confirmation on the flight number etc. and if not my money returned.

Bravofly Flight from Singapore to Ho Chi Ming ( Vietnam)

I was searching flight from Singapore to Ho Chi Ming ( Vietnam) through Cheap Flights SG and it route to Bravofly when tried to book on 2nd December 2022 around 1am. After payment done through my credit card and received an email but showing " Your booking is not yet confirmed". And today is the fourth day after booking but log in to My Bravofly account and still showing the same.

We need to book hotel, travel insurance etc... only after flight is confirmed.

Please ask them to get it done ASAP or refund ( I can do it through VietJet Airline within 15 mins and furthermore cheaper than Bravofly.)

I called my Credit Card Company and they confirmed payment is through)

Bravofly Fly + Hotel in Maldives

I booked last June a flight + hotel in the Maldives from 2 to 9 September via Bravofly (Ref : [protected]). We chose and paid the additional full board option for 468 € (2 persons)

Due to a BravoFly registration error, we have been registered as a Bed & Breakfast. After a long process, Bravofly finally accepted half board but not full board. So, we had to pay a second time the full board option directly to the hotel.

On 1 September I wrote a letter to BravoNext / Chiasso, stating these facts and asking for a refund.

I have just been refunded €108, without any further explanation.

This is obviously an acknowledgement of the wrongs of BravoFly.

I ask that the full cost of the full board option be refunded to me, i.e. 468 € and not only 108 €.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a full refund of 468€ corresponding to the half board to full board upgrade (-108€ already paid) and the apologies of the company for the many hours spent with the Bravofly support

Bravofly Tickets refund

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to you regarding the tickets Munich – Bangkok and back on 18.12.22 and 03.01.23 for Gulnara Cordier and Sarah Cordier. I paid 3.734,99 euros for my ticket. Booking ID: [protected]. I cancelled my tickets 2 hours later on that same day for a family reason.

On November 21, I received a message from the company I booked with, Bravofly (I was transferred to them from www.kayak.com). The message says that I will get a refund of 2.278,76 euros. When I purchased the tickets, the Agreement and Conditions rules said that I can cancel them for free within 24 hours. Later, I spoke with the representative of Bravofly, who said that I will only have to pay 70 euros for my cancellation.

Please contact me and advise me on further actions and let me know when and how I can get my full refund.

Bravofly Voucher doesn’t work

A flight was canceled and Bravofly has provided a voucher to use after 1 year of complaint. But that voucher never worked.

I couldn’t connect them as I don’t have any reservation number. They only respond if the reservation number has been provided.

Around 500$ was lost by them.

I also contacted lastminute.com but they are not responding as I don’t have reservation number.

Bravofly Cancelled Flight Without Refund

I've used a lot of third party sites to book flights and have had no issues. In an emergency, I saw that I could "request a cancellation" and that they would contact the airline and send me my options. So I thought that it was perfect, I could request a cancellation and see what my options were. Then I got an email saying they cancelled my reservation. When I talked to customer service, they said the "options" meant whether I'd like my refund in cash or check - but I wasn't getting a refund. They didn't make it clear at all that's what they meant by "options." So now I'm out a vacation and my money.

Bravofly Flights refunds never materialized...

It is totally irresponsible that you do not answer me back, as a customer and as customer who is dying of cancer! Many times, I prooved to tou that I purchased thru you a full flexible travel insurance coverage for me and for my care-giver, my wife, unless you did not purchased it and committed fraud! I am appealing to all your "companies" for all good sense and consideration, before it is too late!

Bravofly Airline tickets

Booked with them on Oct. 23rd. Did not receive a confirmation email. No ticket links. Tried to contact them but they only have an automated system that requires a booking number that I DID NOT GET SINCE NO EMAIL WAS SENT! They have already charged my credit card! I want my money back! When I log in because they made me create an account, it says I have no trips booked!

Bravofly Airline Refund on a Canceled Trip

I booked a return flight from Islamabad to Boston costing $2,666. The Bravofly booking number was [protected]. Due to some emergency I had to cancel the flight two days before departure.

Bravofly said they are working on refund and refund will be based on refund from actual airlines. After few days Bravo fly sent me an email telling me that my refund is $209 only.

This is a scam and a fraud since the actual airlines refunded a heavy amount and Bravofly made a huge deduction from that. I will go on all forums to raise this malpractice and theft of money.

I request Bravofly to refund the actual refund amount from airline.

Please dont book through Bravofly.

Bravofly Canceled flight but no money returned

Back in January 22 I purchase 3 tickets from Berlin to Tokyo with BravoFly, then in April I was told that the flights have been cancelled and that I will receive my money back. Past 6 months, I receive an email telling me that just a part of my ticket will be refunded. The whole situation is outrageous, not only it is not my fault I have to lose money for it. I have already complain to the customer service and the agents are the worst and keep ignoring me.

Bravofly Ticket change

Wanted to change flexible ticket return flight from Cleveland to Zagreb. As per their rules change must be made 24 hours before outbound flight meaning origi al flight from Zagreb to Cleveland. I made request 26 hours before. They replied change is on the way via email followed by mail that they couldn't reach me over phone. When I called they they said they cannot change ticket via phone but via email only. And after than another email that they can't reach me over phone and booking change is canceled. I called again and said since I'm not in my country they can't reach me via phone. Only via mail or I can call them. They assured me change is on the way and there is no reason to call me via phone. Sure enough 3 hours later they changed nothing and when I called again they said it is already less than 24 hours and they can't do nothing. Indicating it was my fault. Followed by promise I would get a call from senior manager to try to solve the issue. But no one called. And they aren't answering any mails.
