After 2 1/2 hours of holding on the line, the manager that i was speaking with, hung up on me in the most unprofessional way. It is a shame that we have to pay our bill and then we speak with people that have language barriers from overseas, unable to answer my questions and tamper with my account. I am very dissatisfied with this service and want the call to be pulled for quality control and training purposes

On September 27th, 2023, I purchased an iPhone 12 from Casa Grande, Arizona. Nearly a year later—on September 27th, 2024—I contacted Boost Mobile to have the device unlocked. Despite passing all security checks and providing the IMEI number, I was placed on hold for 45 minutes, and the entire call lasted over an hour. After all that, the representative submitted a ticket and told me someone would follow up within two business days.
The process felt unnecessarily drawn out and frustrating. I was transferred multiple times, asked to hold repeatedly, and often left waiting without anyone returning to the line. For a simple unlock request on a fully verified device, the lack of professionalism and efficiency was disappointing.
