Paid my Bill 9/25/25 Boost Never reset the Premium Data and continued to use leftover data from September 2025 into October's Cycle. Now ran out of data. Several CSR's stated they would correct it on 9/26/25. Never did fix it and three representatives lied to me. Tried again today and yesterday and was told they would reset the premium data WHICH THEY AGAIN lied. then today, they tell me I have to wait until it resets in 4 days. (a New Service Period for the month of November) As an investigative Paralegal for 16 years that is referred to as a Scheme to Defraud. Such conduct violates Florida Statutes F.WS. 501.201 thru 501.213 and violates 47 CFR 64.2401(g) "Cramming" Let's see how they handle both a federal FCC and FLA FDUTPA complaints for treble damages. SCUM BAGS.

Been with this company at least 10 years. NOW despite being a small financial loss. The lies and MISCONDUCT of THIS ARE PRINCIPLE. I will File and Serve a Summons and Complaint if this is not resolved FORTHWITH.

Gentlemen,
Your staff did not reset my data at the new cycle for the SECOND time, and I spoke to 2 of your reps at your [protected] regarding this because it just continued to build on the left-over data not reset from the month of September.
I spoke to 2 reps at customer services who said that it would reset back on September 26, 2025, after paying my bill at exactly 11:32 AM Boost Representative Sam, stated premium data would be reset by 5 PM on 9/26/25. That never happened. I called Customer Services after the reset did not occur as Sam stated it would and spoke to Paul at the same number at 7:50 PM who stated it takes 72 hours for the premium data reset to occur. Both of which statements were false.
In both incidences these two employees provided me with false deceptive information on this issue unresolved and recordings of the data displayed at the time and thereafter monitored for resetting, which again never occurred and now your system is sending me Premium Data Warning Notices.
This is the SECOND TIME this has happened, the last of which occurred on 7/19/25. Deceptive business practices are violations of law in the State of Florida under the Fraudulent Deceptive Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) See: FS 501.201 thru 501.213 and subjects the violating entity to treble damages.
Such practices also violate federal law under the FCC Cramming Statute. See: 47 C.F.R. 64.2401(g) and is enforceable under Section 201(b) of the Communications Act of 1934
Kindly call me to resolve the issue for the 3rd time at [protected]. Should I not hear from Boost Mobile on the overcharging and cramming of premium data, and if it's not resolved, a federal FCC Consumer Fraud Complaint will be filed against Boost Mobile and a Florida civil complaint under the FDUTP Act for treble damages for paid for data service interruptions to multiple legal proceedings dependent on the services paid for and not delivered.
