Our stay was from Aug 3-6th, 2026 we have checked in & was sleeping when my partner was bitten my bed bugs I woke up too find myself bitten as well. The entire bed is infested with bed bugs. I have contacted owner, he is not responding & ignoring messages. The posting on booking.com is fake with fake pictures. The washroom has black mold. My booking number is 5046139330 my confirmation number is [protected] the room I stayed in was room 4.

Desired outcome: Refund - also my pictures are not uploading. Please contact me at [protected]
