Booking.com review: Runs in circles, dead end, no option to help with my need and suggested alternative also does not work

Trying to reach Support regarding a flight. The suggested route is through chat on the booking website or app, though that chat states it cannot help with flights. The customer service number states it also cannot help with flights only accommodations. Essentially, it’s a runaround and there is no one to speak with regarding actual flights purchase through Booking.com.

Claimed loss: $6,000

Desired outcome: provide an actual route to support for people needing help with flights purchased. runaround and no support. unacceptable to simply provide automated AI. I would like an actual person.
