I booked and payed for a hotel on 26th january for a trip in August.I recieved email confermation almost immediately but i deleted it accidently and somehow have no trace of it.I contacted you and you asked for PIN and Ref no's which idid not have.You provided a help line number for me to call.On doing this they reffered me back to you who reffered me back to them.after many emails and goin around in cicles i booked another hotel to be sure i had accomodation for my trip.they sent emails consistantly updating me about what to do brilliantly.after monhs of back and for emails i suggested you seach YOUR ACCOUNTS to see where my money went.NO REPLY RECIEVED. i would like to know where my money went before further procedings.TIA
