I thought I would give you another chance in the first couple of bookings were fine until they booked me into into Bournemouth and the royal War Muth hotelwhat was supposed to be a four star hotel but on TripAdvisor score a one what a disaster place is a fire hazard the rooms were over 40° temperature with no ventilation and no way to escape after the fourth room I finally gave up. Even the hotel agreed that I should've got a refund but they can't because it's gone through Booking.com and they make it impossible.

Recommendation: Book direct with the hotels just Booking.com is a scam
