Tread carefully with this company, as should there be a problem in your Accommodation Business, they will not support you. The customer to them is always right. They will never support you. They will just give you the "run around" with automated "templated" "robotic" replies. They are fake and dishonest and need to be held accountable to. They will lose my Business and the support I have given them for over 20 Years.
Please read my final message to them after days of messages and emails that were all totally ignored and replied to by robots or so-called staff who did not have a clue. A total insult to my Intelligence. Tread carefully as should there be a problem in your Accommodation Business, they will not support you. The customer to them is always right. They will never support you. They will just give you "run around with automated replies. They are fake!
