My friends and I booked flights which were cancelled by the airline. It has been potluck as to who has received a refund. Despite numerous calls - a number of us are being given the run around by call centre staff.
Exceptionally poor service - and no accountability.
I have emailed Bookings CEO Glen Fogel and lodged a formal complaint via ACCC.
We are also in the process of now cancelling all upcoming bookings for our trip and will use a more reliable service.
