We had an issue with a power point that sparked and fused, also a light switch where the button was pressed into the socket. Also a globe had blown in the bathroom. Alerted the owner who didn’t take the matter seriously and failed to fix the problems. This accomodation needs major maintenance and also a good clean out of the rooms. It is not as advertised and certainly doesn’t have a balcony. One room has a shower head facing a toilet and therefore the floor is always wet, which is a trip hazard. The grounds have building rubbish/ general rubbish all around it. The pool tiles are falling off and the surrounding tiles are very slippery when wet. They too, are filthy. No signage outside a big fence and is difficult to find. The gate is unsecured and we had strangers coming into the grounds ,as there is no Staff in the evenings. No hot water available in the bathroom sink, nor the kitchenette sink. Linen dirty and no mattress protectors.
This place could be a real gem if only they paid attention to the many issues that need to be addressed. Location is fabulous and the pool is great, if they could fix the tiles. Off street parking is good if the gate was lockable.

Recommendation: Inspect prior to payment.
