I went into a Bob Discount store and placed an order to be delivered to a relative of mine. The delivery date was set and all was good, the delivery address verified and appeared to be good.
However, the day of delivery they attempted to deliver to the billing address and not the shipping address. What a mess, how did the tracking system have the delivery zip code correct but the furniture sent to another zip code. Customer Service was horrible, stating i need to return to the store to clear up the mess really.
Claimed loss: Yes, I took the day off.
Desired outcome: Compensated, it was not mine fault, if it was determined that it was my fault, you guys will be charging an additional delivery charge. The Delivery is not free, reimburse or throw in some lamps, something along those lines.
