I purchased a cocktail and end table set. When the cocktail table was delivered it was damaged. The deliverymen contacted customer service and customer service called me to set up a delivery time to replace the cocktail table. The replacement table order number is #[protected].
So far two promised delivery windows have not been met. I received the damaged table on July 21st and was told that it would be back in stock at the beginning of September and if I hadn't heard from them regarding delivery by the first week in September to contact them. The representative sent an email confirming the information I received during the call. I contacted them on September 11th (waited on hold an hour and 25 minutes to speak to a person) and was told the table was out of stock again and would be back in stock on October 12th and I should expect delivery on October 13th. I didn't hear from them regarding the delivery so, I called back on October 10th (this time the wait was an hour and 15 minutes) and was told I should expect delivery on October 30th.
Since this is a very bad pattern developing, I asked to speak with a supervisor. Waited 25 minutes for supervisor to get on the line to give me the same info as the original representative, promising to send me an email confirmation. What good is an email? I received an email the first time, but still don't have a table.
I want the promised undamaged replacement table or a full refund of the price I paid for cocktail and end table set. I'll be more than happy to give the tables back to Bob's to end this debacle.
