My daughter ordered a rug last saturday, july 25, 2026 from the carle place bob's furniture store. The salesman was jay offmontuge. When we ordered the area rug, we told the salesman, jay offmontuge that we needed to remove the old area rug and just move the furniture.We paid extra money to do this. When the delivery people came, they told us they can't move any furniture or old rug. They had only 15 minutes to move the old area rug. The store and the salesman jay offmontuge just wanted to make a sale. The store policy should have been honest with us. We especially my daughter are very upset.
