New ranch, barbecue beef dinner

I purchased this product at Giant grocery store in Walnutport PA. On [protected] I prepared the potatoes. There were black bits all through the potatoes and one large black hard piece the size of a peanut as I was starting to dish it out. Before I could scrape it all in the trash someone had taken a bite and said it tasted like mold or chemicals. After reading a complaint thread I see this has been a problem for years that hasn't been corrected.
Desired outcome: Compensation for product and cost of a replacement product of a different brand

Had about three bad batches of these potatoes. First time I complained, they sent me coupons. Ugh. Todays batch was the worst by far! Huge, hard black lumps. Too many to pick out, which is what I did with the first two batches.

Like many of the consumer complaints noted, I too have purchased this product with similar chunks of black material found mixed into the potatoes. This material was thick and hard and looked almost like slices of mushroom. I also like the Bob Evans store-bought potato products. But this is extremely inexcusable on the part of the quality control department. Please get this issue rectified. This is a serious health hazard.

We ate at Bob Evens in Chillicothe Ohio our food was just warm the biscuits were like hockey pucks our food was brought out separate not together our order of mashed potatoes was served when we were about done eating we only ate part of our food should have sent it back. On 09 july 2023, I discovered an issue with your styrene packaging.
As you can see in the picture, the black spots on the frozen meat is the styrene.
I cooked a couple patties and smelled burnt plastic, that's when I discovered the
Styrene stuck to the meat. To clean it off I had to place the meat under running
Water, then scrape off the styrene. We only eat a couple at a time, so we keep
Them frozen.
Desired outcome: Could you place a sheet of wax paper under the patties? Like you have in your 30 pack.
