Bob Evans

On Oct. 21, 20223 my wife and I entered in the Bob Evans restaurant in Troy, Ohio at 4:00 pm and we were waiting to be noticed and seated. As I waited I realized they were not that busy, and there was no one at the front counter willing to greet us. I observed at least (3) employees whom I feel made some sort of eye contact with me, but never acknowledged me and my wife waiting to be seated. I waited a few more minutes and realized that none of the people I seen walking around were willing to greet us, and we promptly left. I noticed another couple come into the restaurant after we walked out and I'm pretty sure they had the same experience as I did because they showed up at the same restaurant my wife and I were at shortly after we arrived at this other restaurant. I live in Troy, and my opinion is your customer service at this store is pathetic. If I'm correct about this other couple, Bob Evans lost at least $80.00 in sales within a 15 minute period, "Hey, it's your business" maybe you ought to try hiring people that actually care about their job and your customers, again, I repeat, "They were not that busy!"

Called four different numbers provided for Bob Evans corporate contact numbers. Each number lead you to some person who cannot understand English and when they try to speak it, I cannot understand them. Ask for supervisor three days in a row at different times I was told every time they are in a meeting. Since I could not speak to a supervisor or someone who could speak and understand English clearly, I called the Health Department on three different stores. One in Kalamazoo, Michigan on Westnedge Avenue. One in Florence Ky. on US 42. one in Fort Wright, Kentucky on orphanage Road. All three bathrooms had urine on the floor and did not look like they were cleaned for months. When I complained about a puddle down the floor they brought in a caution, wet floor sign. The next day I went back the floor was still puddled with urine.

Almost every restaurant we have been in is freezing. We complained but are told they have no control over the thermostat. Yesterday we went to a restaurant at 960 E Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, Oh 43229. We took a thermometer with us and it was only 63 degrees in there. The cold air hit you when u walked in the door. The host at the front counter agreed with us but said nobody would change it. It is very hard to eat and enjoy your meal when u are freezing.

Opened the container and heated it up and I see a bunch of these big brownish green chunks in the potatoes, that look like huge hard boogers, I know this is not pepper. I took some out to look at them and cut them. They were hard and disgusting looking. I cannot eat this stuff, it looks so nasty. How can they sell stuff like this! Right down disgusting!

We love the mashed potato and mashed sweet potato and the convenience the

prepackaged product provides.

A recently purchased Mashed Sweet potato (sell by Oct 28,2023) was microwave cooked per instructions but the consistency of the product was like thick soup. Way to watery to serve as a potato.

Not servable and was discarded.

Was only stored in refrigerator for 2 days before cooking

On 09/03/23 at 2:30 my husband and I stopped at the Waynesburg, PA store. We each ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries. A half hour later we were still waiting for our food! Once ready the manager brought our meals out an never even apologized for how long it took. Our waitress (the itimized receipt says Katelyn and the pmt receipt says Ashley) was more concerned with her own family at another table. She was constantly carrying and holding her child, talking with them and spending more time with them than her other customers. She never asked if we wanted drink refills or coffee and dessert. Obviously more concerned about others! The table behind us was full of dirty dishes and remained that way our intire stay! Unacceptable for this restaurant!

First I want to say 3 yrs. ago, I had brain surgery, I had difficulty swallowing. Bob Evans mashed potatoes was something I could eat and I fell in love with them. The last 2 times I purchased them, 1 a lot of black specks and chunks of potatoes. They didn't taste the same. Has something changed. If so, you need to go back to the original. I probably won't purchase for awhile. Thank you

Someone needs to know how to fix crispy potatoes. I would appreciate an answer back to this because this is awful and I eat at Bob Evans a lot, but this is the worst it has ever been.

I purchased this product at Giant grocery store in Walnutport PA. On [protected] I prepared the potatoes. There were black bits all through the potatoes and one large black hard piece the size of a peanut as I was starting to dish it out. Before I could scrape it all in the trash someone had taken a bite and said it tasted like mold or chemicals. After reading a complaint thread I see this has been a problem for years that hasn't been corrected.
