The cook lost our order then found our order. Food arrived 35 mins later.
Steamed Broccoli was over cooked and turned to mush in my mouth. Never received my bowl of fruit. Loaded fries had a little cheese not melted. Bread on chicken salad was stail. The rest of the food was fine but bland. Never received dinner rolls that I asked for. Left restaurant hungry. Do better.
Desired outcome: Manager applied a discount. Please refund at least partial ticket . I would like a response. also I believe the assistant manager and kitchen staff need retraining . Smiling, happy employees would be nice to see. Have them do better.

They served you delay, mush, stale bread, and missing sides — then had the nerve to leave you hungry. That’s not a meal, that’s a mess. You came for dinner, not disappointment. They seriously need to tighten up before calling themselves a restaurant.
