Some soups and salad along with additional sides and dinner rolls.
The sides were less than half full in their small containers.
The carrots were black colored and obviously not edible.
The dinner rolls were rock hard stale.
Called and asked for the manager (Rachael), who started telling me she was not surprised.
I stopped her right there. I told her that was no way to respond to a customer.
She backpedaled and said she would refund the check and talk to the cook and the carry out employees.
Made no effort whatsoever to give me a reason to order carry out from her store again.
Will I be convinced to try again? How?
Desired outcome: Call from a regional manager to explain corrective action, an apology, and a refund, of course.Frank Furie ( [protected]@icloud.com)[protected]
