Located at 49000 west 211 th St Matteson Ill continually refused to change a joint checking account to a revocable trust account within the bank My wife Andi have visited the bank 4 times and have been told that the BMO trust department had turned us down and requested additional. We had our lawyer include the wording they requested and they turned it down once again We went to the bank today and the Customer Service appears to be unnecessarily starting the entire process over again
