I have purchased 1 Ceiling fan from Pushpa & Co, Camp Road, and Chennai - 73 in Nov-09 with 2 years warranty .It was start giving trouble from Dec 2009. It’s gave big sound while switching on. I lodge a complaint in customer care and the technician came to my home. He replaced some parts and informed me everything perfect. It was working properly only 1 day and again started giving the same sound. I informed the same to the call center mentioning the compliant which I already lodged and they said that complaint was already closed however they gave me new compliant no.
Again the technician came and replace some parts. Fan was perfect for next 3 days this time and later same trouble. Finally the technician came to my home and he suggests me to replace the Motor through their service center. He gave letter to me to change the Motor
I called the Customer Service center and confirmed about the replacement. They ask me to come immediately with blade for exchange. When I went they said currently they did not have any stock and suggested to come after 2 days. Again I visited after 2 days they said… come after 2 days.. Finally they gave a Fan. They said it was new… But in front of me only they put that Fan into the box… I asked this to them and they said they tested that Fan the previous day. I am wondering why they are testing the new Fan. I told them even the FAN is old.. I don’t mind but it needs to work properly. They said it will work.
Now the replaced fan also giving trouble. I tested my house wiring to confirm any short circuit and the electrician said nothing wrong in my side. I suspect the problem now with barring.
I am highly disappointed with CG Service. The Service center asked me to come more than 2 times and they gave the defective piece again.
Sir I would like to see my dearest company in the action as it use to be your people are not taught to talk properly and to attend complain everyone seems to be putting their work on other. So please help the customer and get good sales

I have bought geysers 3 month before, the product is not functioning well so i have raised complain to customer care of crompton grevers, they have given me complain number but till date nobody has visited
