I went to location on Weber Rd in Bolingbrook, Ilinois to open a business account, the teller told me to wait a few minutes, but it turned to 15 minutes and the banker never got out of her seat to greet me so I left. I went to BMO on Route 53 and Independence Blvd in Romeoville Illinois to open an account the branch manager also did not treat me well she failed to open my account even after I provided her with all my documents.. This is unprofessional, I tried to report it, called the regional manager nobody ever returned my phone calls.
