BMO Harris Bank review: Wire transfers and cashiers checks

Previously tried sending a wire transfer for purchase of a classic vehicle, BMO declined the wire transfer, ( said it was for MY protection ) which resulted me the loss of the sale, more recently I purchased a cashiers check towards the purchase of another classiv vehicle, when the recipient of the check received and deposited it into his acct, he was informed that there would be a hold on it because BMO bank would not confirm that they issued the cashiers check, ( this also for my protection ) NEVER had these problems when this was Bank of The West
