I tried reaching my branch in Martinsville Indiana on burtin lane, for 30mins, always being routed to the Bmo call center. Pretty pissed off couldn't (phone call) resolve my issues with my account & asking me personal info when I should be able to talk to my [censored]ing branch, thinking of switching now bc of all the hoops your idiots are making us jump threw just on a call to talk to a branch representative, way to [censored] up a customer day and loose money..Jack
