Blossom Flower Delivery review: Ruined college graduation day

I order on 5/8/2025 with paid expedite delivery by 2pm on 5/23/2025 . At 1:30pm, I call to get an eta just to be told it was delivered at 12:40pm . Nothing was delivered ,I ask customer service if they can get in touch with the driver to see where he left the flowers because is at a college dorm . Follow-up 6 hours later multiple times just to be told they can't get in touch with the driver to send confirmation delivery picture . Call the next day and was told that their policy required 24-48 hours confirmations from driver. I even offered to pick up the flowers so that my daughter college's graduation isn't ruined. No luck . No flowers,no follow up. Do not used them for your event . You will be disappointed , they don't care about the importance of your event and the importance of the timing .
