Incident report
To whom it may concern, I, Christopher scheduled an appointment at Staples Mill Rd center for first time visit. Shown disregard during process so I asked for transparency which was not given. Did not sign my station to station card, no explanation of procedure and given blatant disregard especially after I asked to use the restroom. Told not to come back there was an incident involving staff on video with me cussing, threatening, an aggressive behavior. (May 26 2021) I asked for another scheduled appointment in which I was told I'm permenately differed and police presence needed. (June 19th 2021). I whole heartedly disagree with actions an outcome of staff. Please be advised.
Desired outcome: Copy of incident reports to show to my Case manager, advocate, and Liason. Due process is my entitlement.
Come back bonus
I switched where I give plasma because of deferals for protien levels. I received an email yestetday for a bonus if I returned. The initial donation had to be by June 12th, Saturday. The issue: When I left it was because of the deferral and how often it happened. In order for me to give again, my first visit has to be an SPE only. Of course, that will not be back in time for me to meet the initial donation deadline. Looks like I'm staying with Plasma Biological
Desired outcome: Wiuld like a bonus that I could actually use.
Dishonest with promotion
When I signed up initially, I was told I'd get $750 after 8 donations as long as donations are within 30 days of each other. But after my first donation, I got a call that my protein level was low and I should come back for blood checks. I did this 2 or 3 times, all within 30 days of each other. By the time my protein levels were high enough, the days between my first donation and second donation we're beyond the 30 days so I'm no longer eligible for the promotion. I explain that I came each time within the required 30 days for the tests, and the required protein level was beyond my control, but they say it's not their problem.
Donating
When I first started here I had to wait 5 hours to donate and when I return I would get in pretty quick. Now at least this location does not care about its returning donors. I work graveyards and come here after work with the little time I have but lately they have been only pushing through new donors and leaving the returns to sit in line for hours past their appointment times. This is ridiculous! I finally got fed up and talked to a manager who basically said new donors come first. So I will find a new company to go to that actually cares about their patients and will write complaints to everyone I can
Desired outcome: Figure something out about how to help return donors
Told me new donors have to wait return donors take priority then labeled me aggressive and threatening when I asked questions about process wait times. Had to sit for sit long without any explanation that when nurse finally showed I asked to use lavatory and got kicked out for cursing upon return an asking about the next step in process. I was under the impression plasma is needed but yet and still no priorities for it here. Sure would love a copy if there write to post online. Lol
Appointment times vs. time in line
Please fix the appointment scheduling. I can block out a period of 3 hours if I'm told that an 11:00 appointment will last until 2:00. There is NO reason however, that it should take an entire day to make a donation. I schedule an appointment for 9:00 in the morning, and the line is so long that I can't make it in the doors until noon. Then there's another...

You have 50 people just standing in line with only 3-4 sections open. I have been here for a 9:50am appointment for 5 hours! That is 4 hours standing in line. Something needs to be done about this. You can't expect people to come back if one appointment is going to take half your day! We have kids and babysitters aren't cheap! I drive 45 minutes just to...

I'm a new donor at BioLife. I do this to
Make a positive difference in a person's life. I have donated plasma for the last couple of years at CSL, but a recent move puts me right across the street from bio-life. I'm complaining about the fact that I've been turned down twice in the 1 month I've been going there for not having an appointment. My job is very up in the air making appts difficult CSL would take everyone no matter what. Even 1 minute before closing they would take people. If there were 10, they would take them, employees stay late. At CSL the priority was collecting plasma donations for like saving medications & procedures. At BioLife it seems to be closing as soon as possible w/little urgency to the bigger picture & greater good. Everyone there is professional & nice and the place is clean. There just needs to be a refocus of why we're all there.

I would like to know, where I call, to talk to somebody about listening the amount of plasma you take pertaining to the weight of the donor. I've talked to my local BioLife, and they just shrug it off.
But I have very valid concerns and I need you know a few things about this before I donate again.
Donors at the 145-155 weight, ALREADY KNOW- what I'm talking about. I need answers. Thank you
I was deferred for life due to having a work tool on my belt
I've been donating at the Bellingham wa facility for the last 4 yrs. I carry a knife on my belt in a sheath for work purposes, I forget that it's on my person, it's like leaving the house without my wallet. I was warned twice not to have it in the facility. The third time I entered the facility I realized so I left it outside off property under a big...

For over a month I have attempted to log in to my account. When it will not accept my password, they offer to reset it, which changes nothing. This is a problem whether I am using a desktop browser (have tried several different browsers and removed privacy settings), or the app. I have left no less than four messages with zero response. I even left a couple voicemails for my local center. The only way to schedule an appointment is to literally physically go into the center and talk to a person there to schedule it. Please look at the app reviews to see I am not alone in this problem and it should have been resolved a long time ago.
Desired outcome: Allow clients to login to their accounts, now.

Donation Services
Donating plasma at BioLife Plasma Services has become a joke. On a normal basis, donations should take no more than an hour and a half. But lately donations are taking 3-4 hours. BioLife cares nothing about sticking to the appointments. They increase promotions to bring back lapsed donors and/or gain new donors, but refuse to increase or properly staff for the promotions. And, then they move new donors to the front of the screening line and those waiting to donate. I also believe that during lunchtime they "fudge" the tech to donor ratios, which puts donors at risk. I donate because there is a need, but this has become ridiculous and not worth my time.
I agree 100%
This is 100% true. This place is so poorly run that it's dangerous. The staff is so overworked that many of the good ones have quit. This new management team is a joke. I've been donating here since the center opened, but I think it's time to find somewhere else. It would take LESS time to drive to Madison or Murfreesboro then I waste standing in line while they continue to push new donors to the front of the line ahead of those of us loyal ones that have donated several hundred times. I wish Mary was still in charge here. SHE knew how to run a center.
Refer payout
Hi my name is Natasha Coley and I referred my boyfriend Brandon Levine to donate in April so that we could get the extra $200 for referring a new patient. it and he . He was rescheduled about three times. Because they we just too just to busy to take him so it took us into May 5th for him to finish his donation. He was given and an extra $50 coupon which they did not honor the only give him 25 of it and I only got $100 payout instead of the $200 for my referral. He was promised that we would get the $200 payout and he would get the extra $50and kept rescheduling him so can someone please fix this situation immediately thank you over today did not honor he only got 20 my email address is [protected]@gmail.com. ot phone number is [protected]
Desired outcome: 200 dollars payout like promised
Denied opportunity to donate due to age discrimination
To Whom It Concerns: Please allow this letter to serve as official notice that the Biolife Plasma Services has not provided adequate service to me because I am a 62-year-old senior and it is discriminatory on the very face of it. Had I been one of their contemporaries, in their age bracket, I would not have suffered such disrespect. The last time I wa...

I referred 2 of my friends. One didn't really like needless but he went because he wanted to help someone in a good way. Well they referred me wrote the cards. I never got referral bonus
Thank you. I feel they need a better system. Maybe have them fill it out on the computer on the questioner. I understand things happen. I called and can't threw. I donated and asked but they didn't know why.
Desired outcome: I would like my bonus
Compensation
There so called platinum level only receives 30$ on the first visit of the week while new people receive 100$ or more on there first weekly visit due to this wait time and time at the center has doubled not nearly enough staff regular donor compensation sucks they never answer the phone or e mails
Desired outcome: Fix the situation
Horrible management
To sum everything up. Needs a whole new management team. Horrible Customer service. Been a doner for years. And this location. Is a joke!!! Stood in line for almost 35 min. Ask peer to hold my place in line because I forgot my wallet in the bathroom. Unfortunately it was not on the bathroom. I quickly in seconds went to car to check to see if my wallet wa...

I made an appointment at the Broken Arrow Biolife facility, and waited for my turn, not really in a hurry at all. I explained to the ladies taking my information that I had seizures from epilepsy, but it was mainly brought on by sugar issues. I went through the intake process, a nurse, I'm assuming, came and asked me if I was allergic to tape, I told her that I wasn't allergic to scotch tape. Eventually I was taken back and my veins were assessed and determined very good. Then the lady who came to ask about the tape took me to her office told me that because I have seizures I'm not eligible. For three years. I didn't see anything on the site giving such an indication. Also, why take me back to assess my veins since the seizures were made known to start with? I can only assume that it is because I am a Muslim woman and I cover my hair.
Desired outcome: Be truthful and nondiscriminatory.
I'm filing a complaint about my coupon that I did not get fully paid for
I'm not sure if you all got this, but I'm doing it again. You have only 30 days to get the eight visits in on the coupon that I was using. Well the very first day of my visit that starts the coupon I only got $20 because they did not put me in the computer until after they drew my plasma which only got $20 that day but that started my 30 day. Which threw me...

I found a coupon online for $300 in five donations. I presented it to the front desk staff, who instructed me present it to the screener. After doing so I was told they would honor it, however they did not. When I called the center I was informed that they would not be honoring the coupon. At which point I talked to a supervisor who also refused to honor...

Blood in the plasma line, not my fault but still goes against me. I'm halfway through my "promotion offer" and suddenly I can't donate. Went in twice (my time is worth something also, not just yours) to be denied because of something w the mail service, huh? Need to test you again? They really don't care if you donate or not! They don't try to resolve issues, just pass you along to some other staff/nurse that doesn't have a true answer. Seems like it's because my donation amount was increasing! This company's staff could care a less if your time is wasted and they turn you away. It's fishy and the nurses behind the desks don't care about resolving problems. They're just as happy for you to walk away and, act like they prefer it! Definitely didn't try to resolve why I couldn't donate! It's a circus/zoo environment! Why schedule SOOOOO many that you wait 2 hrs to begin your donation? The white cards they fill out aren't correct re: how long each station takes. I've had a 3.5hr door to door donation time, more than the initial visit. Be prepared to be there a long time, which I managed, but then get denied for reasons like "mail service"? How does that go against me? They manufacture reasons! Waste of my time! The staff is overworked and it shows with their "I don't care attitude".
