BioLife Plasma Services Your addison center

This is not fair for the staff and your donors my app. Was at 2:40 and it is now 4:45 and still waiting for 1 person ahead of me they op-ed another section otherwise it would have been 7 people ahead of please they need to open on sunday or monday had to skip my donation a couple of times because of this issue and or there just wasn't enough spots available to donate... I'm a mother of 2 please I need to be home with my family instead im waiting in line and not just me but others said we are so thirsty theory should give people something either a voucher for something or some kind of solution please and thank you if some of us feel sick from no water or food for standing for over 2 hrs is unacceptable this is not fair for staff or the people the people get mad and yell at the staff this should not be aloud. BioLife Plasma Services Donating plasma

What used to take me 1.5 hours (even post covid) now takes over 3 hours! They are over booking so 25-30 people have to wait outside in the cold, or cram shoulder to shoulder in the foyer before even beginning the process. Why is this happening?!?! Why wouldn't they cut down the amount of appointments available to safely and quickly accommodate ALL patients? I'm about to quit.

BioLife Plasma Services Your Augusta Georgia facility

OK this is really on me because I keep coming back here and expecting a different result, I guess that's really the clinical definition of insanity. Speaking from someone with 24 years of healthcare experience and over 13 years in management I can't believe how this place stays open. The staff is overworked, underpaid and this place is a constant revolving door. Stay away a month and the staff will be almost entirely new. As I sit here currently now there are 18 people ahead of me and three have walked out of the door in the last 15 minutes, tired of waiting. THREE, yes I said three people are manning the floor to take the donations. There are approximately 8 to 10 and probably more up front and in their offices doing "important work" instead of being on the way back here helping the people who actually stick the patient. Out of those three I guarantee it at least one of them is not allowed to stick patients independently so now that puts it down to two people sticking patients. This is the worst excuse for a medical facility ever seen my entire life.

I recently became a new donor for plasma myself and been 7 times and on my app it says I had additional $50 bonus on my 7th time and they did not pay out. And referral program again $150 on my app per referral and it said after they go 2 times and my referral did and I only get $30!!! This is not right to false advertise I should of received the additional $180.00 today. Not good business very upset.

I referred my friend to receive the bonus of 150$, but because I haven't donate it in six month the nurse told the person I referred to refer me next time . After I donate and called the office on East Paris Grand Rapids MI, they told me the money will be on my account ! Just keeping it a 100% honest. You will wait a hr for questions and finger poke.
Then you will wait a hr 30 min to be seated and stuck
After that you will spend roughly 60 minutes donating
Last you will get either 20 to 30 dollars for first donation OR 30-80 for your 2nd donation.

BioLife Plasma Services Racial profiling/ front counter employee

My wife and I were racially profiled. In order to donate plasma, you must eat enough, which she ate a ham sandwich and a cobb salad with chicken. The female at the front counter was rude and didn't try to help or ask someone else for advice. She just told my wife to leave, was being very rude, but when It came to someone else that was the same color as herself, she was cheery and smiling and having full conversations. With my wife, she had attitude and was being really rude and snappy. I went in to talk to the manager and he refused to talk to me. He stayed in his office. Racial profiling is illegal in texas. Biolife plasma has yet to reach out to me. I've been trying to get a hold of them. Im never donating at biolife again. We drove 45 minutes just to donate, wasted gas, all just to get told to leave. It's unprofessional and humiliating. Something has to be done.
