Telnyx is the main carrier for all of the *** calls I get every day. It's so bad that I now automatically block all calls carried by them. It would be nice if they checked their customers better.

This company tried to charge my debit card $100, then $50, then $10, and finally $1. I have had no interactions with this company, nor do I know what they sell. Four random charges just appeared on my bank account. I called my bank and changed all of my accounts. This company should be investigated. I want to know why this happened and some reassurance from this company that they are ethical.

Telnyx LLC is a company that provides communication services. They have been contacting me frequently and leaving automated voicemails throughout the day. Their calls start as early as 8am and continue until 8pm, including weekends. It would be more considerate if they chose to send a letter instead, like most other companies do.

Recently, I made several attempts to reach out to them by phone. After multiple tries, I finally managed to speak with a lady. However, her response was quite rude. She said something along the lines of, "Maybe if you weren't struggling financially and paid your bills on time, we wouldn't need to call you so often."

Overall, I find their constant calls and lack of professionalism frustrating. It would be better if they improved their communication methods and treated their customers with more respect.

This company keeps spam calling me nonstop. The number is blocked, but it still shows up as an attempted call and shows how many times the number has tried to call me. I have 9 missed calls, one right after another, all within a few minutes. As soon as my voicemail starts, the number instantly hangs up and calls back again! This is just ridiculous. I don't know who these people are, all I know is that if they keep calling, I'm gonna report the number and business name to my local law enforcement.

I've been dealing with a lot of annoying calls from robocallers, telemarketers, and scammers using Telnyx phone numbers. I've tried reaching out to Telnyx about this issue, but they mostly ignore my complaints. Sometimes they respond, but it's very rare. I've sent emails to different Telnyx addresses and reported issues on their website, but nothing seems to make a difference.

Here are just a few recent examples of the spam calls I've received on my cell phone, which I've had since 2006. On February 24, 2022, at 3:52 PM CST, I got a call from *** that violated the TCPA. Telnyx didn't respond. On July 25, 2022, at 3:10 PM CST, *** called me, and again, Telnyx didn't respond. On July 27, 2022, at 9:20 AM CST, *** called me, and once more, Telnyx didn't respond. Lastly, on August 3, 2022, at 9:01 AM CST, *** called me, and I still haven't heard anything from Telnyx.

Based on all these incidents, it seems like Telnyx is a safe haven for scams and robocalls. It appears that they are mainly used by foreign scammers and telemarketers who violate the TCPA. They engage in activities like SSA calls, car warranty spam, *** benefits advisors, selling prescription medications without a prescription, and many other illegal activities.
