Last January 10, I called up the hotline asking for assistance in accessing Vybe account. I was given a reference number and told to make a follow up after 10 working days. Last January 23 I called again but was told to call again since 10 day period is not consumed yet. On the 26th of january, I contacted the hotline again, but was told to call again for no update or simply the issue is not resolved yet. I called 3 more times but still receiving exactly the same feedback, like, there’s no update yet and will make an email for follow up on the matter.

This afternoon, I called the hotline again and was told by an unknown agent that he will make an email for follow up and I got upset realizing that after 19 days from the time the problem was raised, still I got no proper respond? And after all, nobody really cared making an email follow up? And the agent I’ve been talking to, prior to Sir Barry, just transferred my call unannounced.

For the nth time that I called this hotline, the same thing I heard” ma’am I will transfer you to the department or to the proper people to answer your concern, please hold on your line as I’ll transfer your call but in case the line will be cut, please dial 3 and then 2.

It’s been 19 days…
