would like to report an issue regarding an ATM transaction that occurred earlier today at around 9:00 PM. I attempted to withdraw cash; however, no money was dispensed from the machine. Despite this, the withdrawal amount was debited from my account. Then the ATM restarted, waited infront of the machine and talk to the guards beside the atm so I went to SM admins to help me.
I immediately tried contacting your customer service hotline and waited for over an hour, but unfortunately, my call was not answered.
I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and would appreciate information on the process and expected timeline for the reversal of the debited amount.
